As you go towards the train tracks, look for a marked-up van in the middle of a railroad crossing. Look to the store to the left of the van to find some parts on the counter.

After squeezing through the fence, check for 1 part at the circular saw in front of the workbench, 12 on the balcony of the building to the right of the workbench (you can climb up a ladder), and 9 on the white countainer behind the workbench.
