| Final Tips & Tricks |
Jumpstart your criminal empire with the Career Builder and the Criminal Enterprises Starter Pack
Because of the GTA Career Builder that was introduced with the GTA V Enhanced Edition and the GTA premium online edition that comes with the criminal enterprises starter pack, Rockstar has given many GTA online players the advantage of already owning properties, businesses, vehicles and more. This can be a huge jumpstart for your player's rise to becoming a criminal kingpin if you play the game regularly. You can also use shark cards to buy whatever you want in GTA online by using real life money, but this guide isn't about that.
However, owning these properties and businesses without having the proper knowledge on HOW to use it when you are a low rank will only be a huge waste of time and money. Even though you can just replay heists and make money, the game offers an abundance of different activities to play that you will be neglecting.
The key to success in playing this game is actually quite simple: set some simple goals for your experience and then try to complete those goals and gain some knowledge by actually playing the game. You will soon find yourself able to beat every challenge and objective the game has to offer.
It is highly recommended to save money and keep your pockets as tight as possible by purchasing only what is necessary; you don't have to own or buy everything to have fun.
Before starting your adventure in GTA Online, you should create a Rockstar social club account and link it to your game so you gain access to more offers and benefits in the game.

Grand Theft Auto Online
The very first time you launch Grand Theft Auto Online and create your online character, do NOT skip the tutorial. It is highly recommended to complete the tutorial because at the end of it you will have a pistol in hand, a personal vehicle, hard cash and (almost) be at rank 5. In fact, that should be your first goal in the game: try to become a level 5, if you are not by the end of the tutorial. Being a rank 5 is basically a gateway for getting calls and messages from game characters tied to businesses and / or activities.
| Mission | Given By | Reward | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mall or Nothing | | Lamar Davis | Varies |
| Learning the Ropes | - | Gerald | $500 |
| Hold Up | - | Lamar Davis | Varies |
| Los Santos Customs | - | Simeon | Varies |
| Cypress Flats LTS | | Gerald | Varies |
Once the tutorial is completed, you are free to roam in the open world of San Andreas and your experience is split into three sides: Solo, PvP, and PvE.
SOLO
Before moving on to those parts of the GTA experience, there are some activities you can complete solo, and in solo sessions, that can really boost your RP and money. All you need to complete these challenges and collect all collectibles is a helicopter and good video to follow (Videos have been hyperlinked with respective activities and when applicable).
| Activity | Max. Reward | |
|---|---|---|
| | Store Robberies | Varies |
| - | Double Action Revolver Treasure Hunt | $250,000 |
| - | Stone Hatchet Challenge | $250,000 |
| - | Navy Revolver challenge | $250,000 |
| - | Signal Jammars | $150,000 |
| - | Playing Cards | 66,650 Chips |

Player versus Player (PvP)
PvP activities consider all those activities that pit players against each other, which are also called competitive modes. These all range from deathmatches, races, parachuting, adversary modes, etc. The rewards from these activities can be really rewarding, especially during the weeks events where rewards are doubled or tripled. However, if you are a low level without experience, it is best to avoid these activities for now until you gain enough experience.
Player versus Environment (PvE)
PvE activities are essentially the contact missions
, where the game pits you against enemy NPC's and can earn you around $5K - $15K. How you get paid from the contact missions depends entirely on how long it takes you to complete the mission.
PvE Contact Missions Payout
| 15+ Min | 12 - 15 Min | 10 - 12 Min | 8 - 10 Min | 6 - 8 Min | 4 - 6 Min | 3 - 4 Min | 2 - 3 Min | > 2 Min | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pay % | 100% | 90% | 80% | 70% | 60% | 50% | 37.5% | 25% | 12.5% |
Waiting for the full payout is honestly just a waste of time, so try to stay within the 4 - 6 min range and you can still get a 50% bonus. Start by completing Simeon's missions, then move on to Gerald's, and so on. Completing contact missions is a good way to gain skills, knowledge, experience, and most importantly, money. Although there are activities more rewarding in the game, it won't help you much when you are competing with other players and harder enemies. There are a few contact missions that I recommend you play to get a good introduction to the different characters you can interact with early on.
| Mission | Given By | Rank | Reward | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meet Simeon | - | Simeon | 5 | Varies |
| Meth'd Up | | Gerald | 7 | Varies |
| Meet Lester | - | Lester | 10 | - |
| Meet Trevor | - | Ron | - | - |
| Out of Court Settlement | | Martin | 22 | Varies |
VIP / CEO Work
With the VIP organization that was introduced in the finance and felony update, you can also complete VIP or CEO missions that take place during free mode and normally takes around 5 - 10 minutes to finish while the payout ranges from $10K to $25K.
There are 4 solo VIP / CEO missions you can play: Asset recovery, headhunter, hostile takeover, and sightseer. You can play this missions one after another in what is called the wave method to optimize time and money.
By following this method, you can make around $200,000 per hour, which is more than what you can earn from contact missions.
When & What to Buy
So far, we have talked about the different ways we can make money in GTA online. However, once you actually start making money, how to use the money becomes the key to success.
Character Customization
First of all, do not go crazy and spend most of your money on high-end clothes
, fancy haircuts
, and expensive tattoos
, unless you actually want to customize your character. There's nothing wrong with wanting to customize your character and expand your wardrobe; it is simply just not wise to use all of your money on them. There are far more valuable investments you can make with your money, and while it is okay to make your character look presentable in free mode, you just have to be smart with your money and only buy what is needed rather than what is wanted.
Weapons
As far as weapons go, you can do almost everything with 4 simple weapons.
- Any pistol with a supressor
- SMG with an extended clip
- Special Carbine with a drum magazine and grip
- Any kind of explosive weapon
You can also spend your money on other weapons that may be important or appealing to you that can help in free mode, PvP modes, and PvE jobs. You can also use weapon workshops throughout many owned properties to upgrade your regular weapons to mark II and make them more powerful. But again, you have to be smart with your money and only buy the needed weapons as you can still have fun in GTA online without fancy and expensive weapons.
Vehicles
Vehicle wise, there are a few that you MUST own to surviving in an online environment of griefers and angry players, which can also help in PvE environments as well.
Vehicles Recommended to Buy
| Vehicle | Website | Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|
| | Pegassi Bati 801 A good starting vehicle and goes fast enough to take you across the map | Southern SA Super Autos | $15,000 |
| | Karin Kuruma (Armored) A tank on wheels: it goes anywhere and gives you the upper hand in PvP and PvE modes. | Southern SA Super Autos | $525,000 |
| | Buzzard Attack Chopper Small, fast, and you can spawn it anywhere near your player as a CEO | Warstock | $1,750,000 |
| | HVY Nightshark A buffed version of the Armored Kuruma with more protection and armor | Warstock | $1,245,000 |
| | Buckingham Akula Hide yourself in the sky from enemies and blast them with homing missiles | Warstock | $3,375,000 |

| | Pegassi Toreador Protect yourself against enemies on land and underwater | Warstock | $4,250,000 |
| | Imani Tech Vehicles You don't even have to be in your car to drive it anymore with the remote control, and you can protect yourself against enemies in the sky with a jammer | Vary | Prices Vary |
Properties
If you are making money, this is what you should be putting that money towards. Properties can act as a safehouse and protect you from enemies and players who are looking for trouble. Or, they can also act as a business that can earn you a solid profit for a certain amount of hours that you play the game. You can also own large vehicle properties, similar to regular properties, that are stored in your regular business properties. You can use these properties to access exclusive jobs and missions.
When buying a property, you can also apply modifications to your properties to make it more fully functional and visually appealing, but then again, it's all about saving your money.

Heists
Purchase a high-end Apartment to work with Lester Crest and other contacts to carry out a series of daring heists, raids and robberies across Los Santos and Blaine County.
Getting Started
- Own a high-end or custom Apartment
.
- Visit Lester at the Garment Factory
.
- Set up your first Heist
.
Lester's Original Heists gives players the chance to team up and pull off a string of intense, multi-part heists, raids and robberies across Los Santos and Blaine County. Online Heists span numerous missions to test a team’s full set of skills from computer hacking to stealth infiltration, precision driving to aerial dogfighting, sniping, skydiving and much more.
High-End Apartment
At this point, if you aren't already a level 12, play some contact missions to bring yourself to a level 12. Purchase a high end apartment if you haven't already done so, so you gain access to the heist planning room. Every Heist needs a leader and the Heist Leader is going to need to be at least rank 12 and own a high-end apartment with a planning board in order to coordinate the crime.

Original Heists
The heists were introduced to GTA Online in 2015, and consists of five different heists. There are numerous benefits to playing the heists. First off, each Heist has its own Elite Challenge which, upon completion, will yield a substantial cash bonus. There are also Special Heist Completion bonuses that can only be achieved once per person, and will add some serious zeros to your bank balance.

| Criminal Mastermind Challenge Complete all Heists, in order, with the same group of players, without losing any lives | $10,000,000 |
Not only do Heist Leaders cough up all of the setup costs up-front, but heist progress is also only saved for the Heist Leader. This is why you should aim to complete your own heists first, and then help others out. Heist Leaders have complete control over team roles and the cut of the final take each Crew Member gets. Additionally, at different stages of each Heist, Crew members will be assigned different roles. That's why it's important for all players to know their strengths and, in turn, for the Heist Leader to assign accordingly. Crew Members also get paid for each setup, so keep that in mind when you are assigning cuts before a Heist Finale.

Further Adventures in Finance and Felony
Become a CEO and leave your mark on the dirty money of Los Santos by running Special Cargo, Vehicle Cargo, and Special Vehicle Works from your Executive Office.
Getting Started
- Visit SecuroServ
.
- Acquire an Office from the Dynasty 8 Executive website via your iFruit
.
- Become CEO of an Organization.
At this point you have accumulated about $3 million in your bank account if you have not made any big purchases as of yet. Well now that you have completed the heists and understood the concept of how making money works in this virtual world, it is time to make your first big purchase: Offices. Offices were added to Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update to allow all players to become a CEO at any time for as long as they want and access to an exclusive Special Cargo network, which is actually the next step in making money on GTA Online.
Executive Office
To purchase an executive office, all you have to do is log on the Dynasty8 Executive in game website and purchase an office. If you have the Criminal Enterprises Starter pack, take advantage of the free Office property and purchase Maze Bank West with the modifications, as it will only cost you $1 million and leave enough money to source cargo. You can make money through your office in two major ways: the Warehouse and the Vehicle Warehouse.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Executive Office | Dynasty 8 Executive | FREE | $4,000,000 | Decor Personnel Organization Name Gun Locker Safe Acommodation | $2,650,000 | $6,650,000 |
| | Warehouse | SecuroServ Network | $250,000 | $3,500,000 | - | - | $3,500,000 |
| | Vehicle Warehouse | SecuroServ Network | $1,500,000 | $2,850,000 | Interior | $295,000 | $3,145,000 |
Warehouse
Owning an Executive Office will grant you access to the SecuroServ Special Cargo Network, where you can start special cargo, vehicle cargo, and special vehicle missions. You can launch Special Cargo missions for your Special Cargo Warehouses
. When you log on the network for the first time, you will have to purchase a warehouse to store special cargo. There are three different types of Warehouses: small, medium and large. Each Warehouse can store a different amount of crates. The maximum amount of Warehouses a player can purchase is five.
| Small | Medium | Large | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crates | 16 | 42 | 111 |
To get started with the special cargo business, make sure you own a CEO Office then log onto the Securoserv network on your office computer to first purchase any warehouse you want. The whole concept of the business is that you buy crates of product, collect the crate and bring it back to your warehouse, and sell it for more money.
You can source either 1 crate, 2 crates, or up to 3 crates at the same time. If you want to make the most money possible per crate, you would want to buy 1 crate at a time. The reason why you are given the option to buy 3 at the same time is because it is more efficient even though collecting the crates is more time consuming. If you want to make the most money possible, then definitely choose to buy 3 crates at the same time because it will bring in more profit when sold.
Cost of Sourcing Crates
| 1 Crate | 2 Crates | 3 Crates | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $2,000 | $8,000 | $18,000 |
Once you have sourced enough cargo to store in the Warehouse, it is time to sell your cargo and earn a profit. If you are a solo player, you would want to sell no more than 9 crates at a time, as selling more would require more players to help you with delivering the product to buyers. However, selling a fully stocked warehouse, whether it is small, medium or large, can bring in more profit. The more goods stockpiled and sold in one transaction, the higher the price per crate. You can also earn an additional high demand bonus of 2.5% for every player in the lobby, up to a total of 50%, so keep that in mind.
Total Cash Earned from Special Cargo Warehouse Sales
| Profit | Crates | Maximum Profit | High Demand Bonus | Total Cash Earned | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | $15,000 | 16 | $240,000 | $120,000 | $360,000 |
| Medium | $17,500 | 42 | $735,000 | $367,500 | $1,102,500 |
| Large | $20,000 | 111 | $2,220,000 | $1,110,000 | $3,330,000 |
This business is fairly simple and easy to understand as it is a simple "buy low, sell high" concept. It is pretty straightforward and can make you a fair bit of money.
Vehicle Warehouse
The vehicle warehouses, introduced in the Import / Export update, operate similarly to a special cargo warehouse in that it also follows a rinse and repeat concept. You would want to purchase a Vehicle warehouse on the SecuroServ computer in your CEO office. It does not matter which one you buy so just get the cheapest option available.
The concept of this business is that you go out and steal luxury vehicles, bring them back to your warehouse, and sell them to earn a profit. When you start a source vehicle mission, be careful when delivering the vehicle or you will have to pay for repair damages. The kinds of vehicles that can sold are broken down into 3 categories: top range, mid range and standard range. Each kind of vehicle can be sold to a different type of buyer for profit.
Range of Vehicle Cargo & Delivery Commission Offers
| Private | Showroom | Specialist Dealer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $15,000 | $26,250 | $37,500 |
| Mid | $25,000 | $43,750 | $62,500 |
| Top | $40,000 | $70,000 | $100,000 |
To trick the game into letting you source only top range vehicles, leave 10 standard range and mid range vehicles each in the warehouse as there is only 32 types of vehicles in the game you can sell. This way, you can only source a top range vehicle, sell it, and rinse and repeat.
Each Kind of Buyer will want you to modify the vehicles for a cost, so in actuality you would earn less as opposed to the delivery commission for each vehicle. When making a sell, you would want to sell to specialist dealers if you want make the most profit and apply the needed modifications as necessary and then deliver the vehicle to the buyer to successfully complete a sell vehicle cargo mission.
| Private | Showroom | Specialist Dealer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | - | $3,750 | $7,500 |
| Mid | - | $6,250 | $12,500 |
| Top | - | $10,000 | $20,000 |
| Private | Showroom | Specialist Dealer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $15,000 | $22,500 | $30,000 |
| Mid | $25,000 | $37,500 | $50,000 |
| Top | $40,000 | $60,000 | $80,000 |
Once you are ready to make a sale, go to the computer in your vehicle warehouse and export a vehicle to sell. Do keep in mind that you must be careful during delivery or you would lose profit for vehicle damage. To make sure you don't damage the vehicle, you could use a cargobob to deliver the vehicle to the drop off, and bring vehicles to the warehouse as well.
You can also sell multiple vehicles at once to earn a huger profit if you have associates. Selling up to four vehicles at once is a great way to earn more money faster. By filling up your warehouse and selling a number of top range vehicles in a single mission every in game hour, you can earn a huge profit.
Total Cash Earned from Special Cargo Warehouse Sales
| Vehicles Delivered | Profit | Exports / Hour | Maximum Profit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1x | $80,000 | 3x | $240,000 |
| 2x | $160,000 | 2x | $320,000 |
| 3x | $240,000 | 1x | $240,000 |
| 4x | $320,000 | 1x | $320,000 |
This is also a pretty simple business to understand and can earn you a huge profit, especially if you are a solo player.
Special Vehicle Work
Special Vehicle Work is unlocked on your Office desktop after completing a set number of Vehicle Cargo missions and can unlock discounts on the Special Vehicles featured in each mission. Special Vehicle Work requires two to four players.
| Mission | Vehicle Cargo Missions | Reward | |
|---|---|---|---|
| | Ramp Buggy Mission | 4x | varies |
| | Wastelander Mission | 8x | varies |
| | Blazer Aqua Mission | 12x | varies |

Overall, The Executive Office is a very profitable business once you actually put the work towards it and make it an active business. Ideally, as you source special cargo and vehicles at least once or twice per day, you can make a solid profit and make money every now and then.

Bikers
With the help of Malc, run your own MC. Purchase a Clubhouse, promote your members, then produce and sell narcotics, forged documents and counterfeit cash.
Getting Started
- Visit Malc
.
- Acquire a Clubhouse from the Maze Bank Foreclosures website via your iFruit
.
- Become President of a Motorcycle Club.
At this point, you have many ways of making money from running contact missions, VIP / CEO missions, replaying Lester's heists, selling warehouse cargo and selling vehicle cargo. You can earn a stable income at this point and let the money flow into your bank account. To increase our income, let's introduce another business to add to your empire: the Biker businesses.
Clubhouse
There are 5 different illicit businesses to run that were introduced as part of the Bikers update, where all of the businesses are managed and operated out of one property: The Clubhouse
.
When purchasing a clubhouse on Maze Bank foreclosures, it honestly does not matter which one you buy as they all are pretty cheap. After purchasing the clubhouse, go to it to set it up and buy your first illicit business.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Clubhouse | Maze Bank Foreclosures | FREE | $495,000 | Mural Style Club Emblem Club Name Gun Locker Custom Bike Shop | $1,462,000 | $1,957,000 |

What a lot of people actually don't know is that you can make money through your clubhouse in three different ways: The bike shop, the bar, and contracts.
Custom Bike Shop
The Custom Bike Shop, bought as a modification in your Clubhouse purchase, allows you to both modify personal bikes, and fix-up customer bikes to earn legitimate income. You can bring in additional income by simply just modding a customer bike and delivering to a drop off without damaging the bike.
When a customer has delivered their bike to be serviced, you can repair it for an upfront service cost and install any requests such as color, resprays or body and performance modifications. Once serviced, you can deliver the bike to the customer to receive payment. Alternative modifications can be installed but may affect the customer's satisfaction resulting in a higher or lower reward. The customer will pay the full service cost for all modifications, but the additional bonus payment will be reduced if the vehicle has been damaged upon delivery.
| Payment for Delivery | Service Costs | Damages | Satisfaction | Final Payment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $50,000 | $10,000 | Cost Varies | $5,000 | $65,000 |
Clubhouse Bar
You can also keep the bar stocked by walking up to the bar and starting a resupply mission by talking to the bartender. You can resupply the bar regularly to continue earning additional income. Your daily bar earnings will be available to collect from the duffel bag in your office marked with a

Clubhouse Contracts
Clubhouse Contracts are a range of freemode missions that can be started as a MC President from your clubhouse. These change regularly and the rewards varies depending on each mission. There are 13 missions total, but only three will be available at a time, rotating periodically.

Motorcycle Club Businesses
In your Clubhouse office, you’ll find a laptop that gives you unbridled access to The Open Road. This website allows you to acquire a number of illicit businesses. When you log on for the first time, you have to purchase at least one type of business. There are five businesses available, each with their own locations to choose from: The Weed Farm, Counterfeit Cash Factory, Document Forgery office, Cocaine Lockup, and Methamphetamine Lab. Once purchased and the initial setup mission is completed, ride over to your business and use its laptop to upgrade staff, equipment, and security.
| Business | Max Capacity | Equipment Upgrade | Staff Upgrade | Security Upgrade | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Document Forgery Office | 60 | $550,000 | $195,000 | $285,000 | $1,030,000 |
| | Weed Farm | 80 | $990,000 | $273,000 | $313,500 | $1,576,500 |
| | Counterfeit Cash Factory | 40 | $880,000 | $273,000 | $456,000 | $1,609,000 |
| | Methamphetamine Lab | 20 | $1,100,000 | $331,500 | $513,000 | $1,944,500 |
| Cocaine Lockup | 10 | $935,000 | $390,000 | $570,000 | $1,895,000 |
The whole concept of each of these business is that you go out and buy / steal supplies, bring them back to your factory, your staff will convert those supplies into product over time, and you sell that product from time to time (This applies to each of the illicit businesses you own). Once a business is stocked up on supplies, it will begin accumulating product over time.
The different MC businesses bring in different amounts of income per crate of product and per minute (real life minute) based on the manufacturing speed of the business, which can be upgraded for a cost (See Chart Above). It is important to buy all staff and equipment upgrades to speed up the manufacturing processes.
| Business | Single Box Value | Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Document Forgery Office | $1,250 | 5 | $1,250 / 5 Min |
| | Weed Farm | $1,875 | 6 | $1,875 / 6 Min |
| | Counterfeit Cash Factory | $4,375 | 12 | $4,375 / 12 Min |
| | Methamphetamine Lab | $10,625 | 30 | $1,250 / 30 Min |
| Cocaine Lockup | $25,000 | 50 | $25,000 / 50 Min |
| Business | Single Box Value | Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Document Forgery Office | $1,750 | 3 | $1,750 / 3 Min |
| | Weed Farm | $2,625 | 4 | $2,625 / 6 Min |
| | Counterfeit Cash Factory | $6,125 | 8 | $6,125 / 8 Min |
| | Methamphetamine Lab | $14,875 | 18 | $14,875 / 18 Min |
| Cocaine Lockup | $35,000 | 30 | $35,000 / 30 Min |
To buy / steal supplies and/or buy an upgrade, simply log on your computer in the business property you want to buy it for. When you buy or steal supplies, do keep in mind that buying supplies eats into profits and you would earn less income as opposed to stealing supplies, which is the safest way for saving your money. Stealing supplies takes no more than 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
It takes real life hours for your staff to convert the supplies into product, so the reason why you would want to get the staff and equipment upgrade is to reduce this amount of time it takes for your staff.
| Business | No Upgrades | Fully Upgraded | |
|---|---|---|---|
| | Document Forgery Office | 5 | 3 |
| | Weed Farm | 8 | 5.3 |
| | Counterfeit Cash Factory | 8 | 5.3 |
| | Methamphetamine Lab | 10 | 6 |
| Cocaine Lockup | 8.3 | 5 |
When you’re ready, trade your goods for a profit by launching a Sell Mission either by yourself or with your Prospects in tow. How much you can make on crates of product depends entirely on what you are selling, and how much of it you have in stock. If you are a solo player, you would not want to sell a fully stocked factory, but rather, sell at 1 - 2 bars of product. Or if you want to take a risk, you can go ahead and sell a full factory of goods by yourself as you will have enough time depending on the Sell Mission. Different factories break even at different amounts of profit.
Total Cash Earned from Motorcycle Club Business Sales
| Business | Sell Near | Sell Far | High Demand Bonus | Total Cash Earned | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Document Forgery Office | $105,000 | $157,500 | $78,750 | $236,250 |
| | Weed Farm | $210,000 | $315,000 | $157,500 | $472,500 |
| | Counterfeit Cash Factory | $245,000 | $367,500 | $183,750 | $551,250 |
| | Methamphetamine Lab | $297,500 | $446,250 | $223,125 | $669,375 |
| Cocaine Lockup | $350,000 | $525,000 | $262,500 | $787,500 |
The Motorcycle Club businesses is by far the most profitable business you can purchase and is the best way to make money in GTA online. Once you are comfortable with how these businesses work and earning income, it is safe to move onto the next step.

Gunrunning
Work with Agent 14 to become an arms dealer. Purchase a Bunker to research and manufacture weapons to dominate the illegal arms trade in Southern San Andreas.
Getting Started
- Visit Agent 14
.
- Setup a Bunker
.
- Complete a resupply mission or research project
.
Now that you know how to make money through Lester's heists, the CEO office, and the MC Clubhouse, it has become fairly easy by now to make at least hundred thousands of money. If you have saved your money wisely, it is now time to add yet another business venture to your enterprise: the Gunrunning business, introduced in the gunrunning update.
Bunker
To access the gunrunning business, you would first have to purchase an underground bunker
on Maze Bank foreclosures. At these bunkers, you can manufacture weapons to sell for profit or complete research to unlock exclusive weapons and vehicle modifications.
You are free to purchase any bunker you want, but avoid the Paleto Bay bunker at all costs (even though its free), as the location is not ideal for sell or steal missions. You are always free to add on any modifications you want, as long as you spend your money wisely. It is recommended to keep the bunker on default adding only the shooting range. The Chumash or Farmhouse Bunker is the most recommended bunker to purchase.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Bunker | Maze Bank Foreclosures | FREE | $2,375,000 | Bunker Style Personal Quarters Shooting Range Gun Locker Transportation | $1,695,000 | $4,070,000 |
Similarly to the MC businesses, the whole concept of this business is that you go out and buy or steal supplies, bring it back to your bunker, let your staff convert those supplies into product to sell over time, and sell that product from time to time. Differently from the other businesses where you have only sell one type of product from each business, here you have two different products you can sell and use: stock and research.
Stock
Your staff, when assigned to manufacturing, uses Bunker supplies to create product. You would have to resupply your business accordingly to allow your staff to grow stock over time.
| Business | Max Capacity | Equipment Upgrade | Staff Upgrade | Security Upgrade | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Bunker | 100 | $1,155,000 | $598,500 | $351,000 | $2,104,500 |
Once you set up the Bunker, you can source supplies and assign your employees to manufacturing weapons, researching upgrades, or split their time between the two. When it comes to supplying your Gunrunning business, there are two paths: stealing Supplies or buying them through legitimate means. Resupply missions are ways of procuring Supplies without having to fork over hard-earned cash. If money’s no issue, you can simply buy Supplies instead via the Disruption Logistics Network.
The Bunker brings in different amounts of income per unit of stock and per minute (real life minute) based on the manufacturing speed of the business, which can also be upgraded for a cost. Similarly to the MC businesses, It is also important to buy all staff and equipment upgrades to speed up the manufacturing processes.
| Single Box Value | Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50% Staff | $5,000 | 20 | $5,000 / 20 Min |
| 100% Staff | $5,000 | 10 | $5,000 / 10 Min |
| Single Box Value | Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50% Staff | $7,000 | 14 | $7,000 / 14 Min |
| 100% Staff | $7,000 | 7 | $7,000 / 7 Min |
50% staff represents staff being assigned to both research and manufacturing, and a 100% staff represents the staff only being assigned to manufacturing.
Similar to the MC Businesses, it also takes real life hours for your staff to convert the supplies into product, so you should also get the staff and equipment upgrade to reduce this amount of time.
| No Upgrades | Fully Upgraded | |
|---|---|---|
| 50% Staff | 33.33 | 23.33 |
| 100% Staff | 16.67 | 11.67 |
Time to fill assumes real life hours.
When you are ready, you can reap the profits from your business by moving your merchandise to interested buyers across Southern San Andreas. How much you can make on crates of product depends entirely on how much you are selling. If you are a solo player, as same with the other businesses, you would not want to sell a fully stocked bunker, but rather, sell at 1 - 2 bars of product. The bunker breaks even at different amounts of profit depending on a near location or a far location.
Total Cash Earned from Bunker Sales
| Sell Near | Sell Far | High Demand Bonus | Total Cash Earned | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | $700,000 | $1,050,000 | $525,000 | $1,575,000 |
Additionally to creating product, any excess weapons your staff produces over time will be unloaded onto a Duneloader for you to sell to any Ammu Nation for a profit.
| Mission | Reward | |
|---|---|---|
| | Ammu-Nation Contract | $50,000 |
Research
Your staff, when assigned to research, uses Bunker supplies to work on research projects across a range of branches, customization options for your Mobile Operations Center, upgrades for vehicles and weapons, and other goodies. You would have to resupply your business accordingly to allow your staff to put in research over time.
There are 45 items to unlock from research, from modifications for weaponized vehicles to parts for Mark II weapons. To unlock an item, you would only need to fill the research bar once to unlock an item, or rather, a research project. You can also start Bunker Research Missions to fill up the Research Bar faster, which can be accessed by calling Agent 14.
| Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|
| 50% Staff | 10 | 1 Unit / 10 Min |
| 100% Staff | 5 | 1 Unit / 5 Min |
| Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|
| 50% Staff | 7 | 1 Unit / 7 Min |
| 100% Staff | 3.5 | 1 Unit / 3.5 Min |
The research bar fills up twice as fast as stock and like stock, it also consumes supplies. To unlock a part instantly, you can fast track research for $225,000. If you want to save your money, it would be better to just assign all your staff to research so it would take half the time needed to unlock a new research project.
| No Upgrades | Fully Upgraded | |
|---|---|---|
| 50% Staff | 16.67 | 11.67 |
| 100% Staff | 8.33 | 5.83 |
Mobile Operations Center
The Mobile Operations Center (MOC) is a trailer storable in your bunker, where its drivable command center's modular constructions allows for a combination of a vehicle workshop, weapons workshop, and a command center.
The MOC gives a lot of powerful support as you can fit it with facilities for upgrading and customizing your arsenal and modifying Weaponized Vehicles as well. You can customize it any way you want, and is easily accessible from anywhere on the map by going on the Interaction Menu and navigating to Services to request the MOC.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |

After completing a few Bunker Resupply Missions, you can launch Mobile Operations Missions via the Command Center of your MOC
. The Command Center gives you access to eight different missions that can be launched from your MOC, which gives you discounted trade price for a number of weaponized vehicles on Warstock, while also giving monetary rewards as well.

| | Exit Strategy | varies |
| | Offshore Assets | varies |
| | Cover Blown | varies |

The bunker is undoubtedly one of the best businesses you can purchase because of how much profit you can make. To unlock every project and make a profit, you're going to have to spend a lot of money or spend a lot of time and if you're an active player, you may gain a profit from time to time with investing in the bunker.

With the help of Ron Jakowski, take to the skies and operate a profitable air freight smuggling ring. Use profits to upgrade your Hangar and your fleet of aircrafts with the Hangar Workshop.
Getting Started
- Visit Ron
.
- Acquire a Hangar from Maze Bank Foreclosures
.
- Complete a source cargo mission
.
Now you own many businesses and properties and have found it easy to make a profit and make some money to support your criminal enterprise. You can easily make a profit now and become a millionare in no time. Lets expand that limit and your income with yet another business venture that was introduced in the next update, Smuggler's Run: the smuggling business.
Hangar
To start your smuggling business, log onto Maze Bank foreclosures and purchase any hangar you want with any modifications if needed. Do keep in mind that the Fort Zancudo hangars grants you low-level access into the base so you can enter without a wanted level, but that's just some advice. After you purchase your own hangar, visit your hangar to meet Ron and log on your computer to access Free Trade Shipping co. and start your smuggling business.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Hangar | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,200,000 | $3,250,000 | Hangar Style Lighting Floor Graphics Office Furniture Living Quarters Workshop | $2,420,000 | $5,670,000 |
Air Freight
This business operates very similarly to the CEO special cargo business: you steal products, bring them back to your hangar, and sell them for a higher profit. The only difference in this case is that you can buy or steal different types of products this time instead of being limited to one kind of product. You also do not have to pay to source product. The value of a single crate of product stays the same at $30,000, regardless of the type of product. Your hangar can store up to a maximum of 50 crates of air freight cargo.
Types of Product you can source
- Narcotics
- Chemicals
- Medical Supplies
- Animal Materials
- Art & Antiques
- Jewelry & Gemstones
- Tobacco & Alcohol
- Counterfeit Goods
Sell missions are no different than other business sell missions: simply just deliver the product to the buyer. However, with the hangar, the value of your entire stock gets a huge bump if you sell the same material of one of the first three types. For example, if you sell 25 Crates of Narcotics in one sale, you will get a 35% increase in value of the entire stock. Each type of product can get a huge percentage increase in stock value at a specific number of sourced cargo. However, you will not get any bonus if you chose to sell all of your cargo altogether in one sale, which is why it is better to sell each type of good one by one in multiple sales.
| Stock (Crates) | Narcotics | Chemicals | Medical Supplies | Animal Materials | Arts & Antiques | Jewelry & Gemstones | Tobacco & Alcohol | Counterfeit Goods |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 5% | 5% | ||||||
| 10 | 12% | 12% | 12% | 10% | 10% | |||
| 15 | 12% | 12% | 12% | 15% | 15% | |||
| 20 | 24% | 24% | 24% | 20% | 20% | |||
| 25 | 35% | 35% | 35% | 24% | 24% | 24% | 25% | 25% |
| 30 | 35% | 35% | 35% | 36% | 36% | 36% | 30% | 30% |
| 35 | 35% | 35% | 35% | 36% | 36% | 36% | 35% | 35% |
| 40 | 35% | 35% | 35% | 48% | 48% | 48% | 40% | 40% |
| 45 | 35% | 35% | 35% | 48% | 48% | 48% | 45% | 45% |
| 50 | 70% | 70% | 70% | 60% | 60% | 60% | 50% | 50% |
There are various missions to play when collecting and selling goods, and it is always easier to play with friends to speed up how long it would normally take to complete a mission. It is also possible to collect cargo without dealing with missions by interrupting another player's source mission and bringing their supplies back to your own hangar. You can choose to fill your hangar with crates of the same type or get random, but if you want maximum profit, you should always source the same material of one of the first three types.
Total Cash Earned from Hangar Sales
| Profit | Ron's Cut | High Demand Bonus | Total Cash Earned | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Narcotics | $2,550,000 | $63,750 | $1,243,125 | $3,729,375 |
| Chemicals | $2,550,000 | $63,750 | $1,243,125 | $3,729,375 |
| Medical Supplies | $2,550,000 | $63,750 | $1,243,125 | $3,729,375 |
| Animal Materials | $2,400,000 | $60,000 | $1,170,000 | $3,510,000 |
| Arts & Antiques | $2,400,000 | $60,000 | $1,170,000 | $3,510,000 |
| Jewelry & Gemstones | $2,400,000 | $60,000 | $1,170,000 | $3,510,000 |
| Tobacco & Alcohol | $2,250,000 | $56,250 | $1,096,875 | $3,290,625 |
| Counterfeit Goods | $2,250,000 | $56,250 | $1,096,875 | $3,290,625 |
The hangar is yet another easy business that is simple to understand and can earn you a huge profit if you operate and manage it just right. By managing all of these different businesses that you have unlocked thus far, you can for certain earn millions of dollars at this point and it is easier to make money as well.

The Doomsday Heist
Work with Lester Crest to save the world from total annihilation. Purchase a Facility to access the adrenaline-fueled Doomsday Heist and a range of high-tech vehicles.
Getting Started
- Visit Lester
.
- Setup a Facility
.
- Meet Lester & Set up The Data Breaches
.
You have went from working on the streets, to robbing banks, to becoming a CEO, a Motorcycle club president, a gunrunner, and a smuggler. You have accomplished quite a few feats that have earned you millions of dollars and helped you climb the ranks into developing your own reputation on the streets and skyscrapers of San Andreas. However, those streets and skyscrapers fall into danger of total annihilation when you are reunited with Lester to take on the world with Rockstar's next update: The Doomsday heist.
Facility
It’s time to assemble your Organization or Motorcycle Club and prepare for a new kind of war. First, you would need to own one of the previously undisclosed IAA facilities hidden under Southern San Andreas
. The Facility itself does not provide any sort of income at all, as it only grants you access to completing the new doomsday heist. You are free to purchase any facility that you want, as the location does not matter and the only modifications worth adding is the sleeping quarters.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Facility | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,250,000 | $2,950,000 | Facility Style Facility Graphics Orbital Cannon Security Room Lounge Sleeping Quarters | $2,930,000 | $5,880,000 |
The Doomsday Heist
The Doomsday heist acts as three separate heists that are managed in the same way as Lester's original heists, and are dubbed Doomsday Heist Act I, Act II, and Act III respectively. Each heist has its own setup missions to complete in order to access the finale. Similar to Lester's original heists, there are elite challenges and special heist completion bonuses as well for the Doomsday Heist and you should also focus on playing your own heists in order and, if possible, with a group of friends. If you do not have friends to play with, just simply ask on social media platforms.
| Heist | Players | Set Up Cost | Potential Take (Normal Mode) | Potential Take (Hard Mode) | Elite Challenge Objectives | ||

| Criminal Mastermind IV Challenge Complete The Doomsday Heist in order, with the same team of 4 players, on Hard difficulty, without losing any lives on Setups and Finales | $3,750,000 |
The Facility gives you access to the new advanced planning room where you will map out the steps to launch and complete each mission. On the Planning Screen in the Planning Room, you can view the Freemode Preps and Setups that must be completed in order to progress to the Finale. In order to unlock a Setup you must obtain the necessary Heist Prep Equipment from Freemode Preps.
In a heist prep mission, you essentially acquire equipment by completing missions that takes place during freemode and in public sessions. Because it takes place in public sessions, you can steal heist prep equipment from rival heist crews or just pay for the equipment directly.

After Hours
Partner with Tony Prince to purchase a Nightclub and manage the hottest spot in town. All while running the most concentrated network of criminal enterprises to hit San Andreas.
Getting Started
- Meet with Tony Prince
.
- Acquire a Nightclub from Maze Bank Foreclosures
.
- Setup your Nightclub.
After robbing banks, selling special cargo, vehicle cargo, illicit products, gunrunning products, air freight cargo, and saving the world from total annihilation, it has become time to kick back and relax and enjoy the city lights and vast opportunities in the state of San Andreas. In fact, one more opportunity has risen in Los Santos: The Nightclub Business.
Nightclub
Make your way onto Maze Bank Foreclosures and purchase a Nightclub
for sale. Don't waste your time buying the extras as you always have time down the road to purchase modifications, although a full storage capacity is recommended for the business down under. Purchase the nightclub, meet Tony, complete any setup missions, and make your way to the computer in the nightclub to get started.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Nightclub | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,080,000 | $1,700,000 | Nightclub Style Light Rig Nightclub Name Storage Dancers Dry Ice | $3,372,400 | $5,072,400 |
The Nightclub can help you earn additional income in two major ways: The nightclub as a business itself, and the warehouse that runs in the background under ground where your staff produces "legit" goods over time for sale.
Nightclub Management
There are two ways to collect income through the Nightclub: the earnings and the jobs.
Nightclub earnings are based on the popularity of your club: the more popular your nightclub is, the more you will earn per in game day. Every in game day (48 real-time minutes), a specific amount of GTA$ is placed in the Nightclub wall safe depending on how well known the club is. When the nightclub popularity bar starts to lower, refill it by rebooking DJ's, completing nightclub promotion missions from Tony or Marcel or kill other players in their active promotion missions. These jobs also grant additional money, and take no more than 3 - 5 minutes to complete. You can also get the Staff upgrade to reduce the daily popularity loss of your Nightclub (see below for cost).
| Popularity % | Daily Income | Safe Capacity | Time to fill (Days) | Time to fill (Hours) | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100% | | $50,000 | | $250,000 | 5 | 4 |
Nightclub Warehouse
The Nightclub Warehouse behaves similarly to a lot of other businesses in that your staff, or rather technicians, produce stock over time and make it available to sell for a profit from time to time. The good thing about the Warehouse is that you don't have to worry about buying or stealing supplies for the business as they develop the supplies themselves for you to sell. However, freemode business battle events grant you opportunities to add cargo to the Nightclub and sell for high profits.
Your technicians will steal and store seven types of goods in your warehouse, where you can sell them for profit. To have a technician work on a type of good, you have to own the related business and everything necessary to run it. The more Technicians you have, the more Goods you can accrue at once.
| Business | Type of Good | Min. Capacity | Max Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| CEO Warehouse | Cargo & Shipments | 10 | 50 |
| Document Forgery Office | Printing & Copying | 12 | 60 |
| Weed Farm | Organic Produce | 16 | 80 |
| Counterfeit Cash Factory | Cash Creation | 8 | 40 |
| Methamphetamine Lab | Pharmaceutical Research | 4 | 20 |
| Cocaine Lockup | South American Imports | 2 | 10 |
| Bunker | Sporting Goods | 20 | 100 |
Your Warehouse technicians will passively accrue additional Goods from your Gunrunning, Biker and Special Cargo businesses. You can get the equipment upgrade to speed up the processes much faster by installing higher quality equipment and allowing your technicians to improve their productivity by accruing goods faster.
| Equipment Upgrade | Staff Upgrade | Security Upgrade | Total Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1,425,000 | $475,000 | $695,000 | $2,595,000 |
| Type of Good | Single Box Value | Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cargo & Shipments | $10,000 | 132 | $10,000 / 2.2 hours |
| Printing & Copying | $1,350 | 30 | $1,350 / 30 Min |
| Organic Produce | $2,025 | 40 | $2,025 / 40 Min |
| Cash Creation | $4,725 | 60 | $4,725 / 1 hour |
| Pharmaceutical Research | $11,475 | 120 | $11,475 / 2 hours |
| South American Imports | $27,000 | 240 | $27,000 / 4 hours |
| Sporting Goods | $5,000 | 72 | $5,000 / 1.2 hours |
| Type of Good | Single Box Value | Time to produce (Min) | Production Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cargo & Shipments | $10,000 | 66 | $10,000 / 1.1 hours |
| Printing & Copying | $1,350 | 15 | $1,350 / 15 Min |
| Organic Produce | $2,025 | 20 | $2,025 / 20 Min |
| Cash Creation | $4,725 | 30 | $4,725 / 30 Min |
| Pharmaceutical Research | $11,475 | 60 | $11,475 / 1 hour |
| South American Imports | $27,000 | 120 | $27,000 / 2 hours |
| Sporting Goods | $5,000 | 36 | $5,000 / 36 Min |
Similar to all other passive businesses, it takes real life hours and minutes for your technicians to accrue goods faster. The amount of goods that can be stored in the Warehouse depends on the storage capacity of the Nightclub, whether you kept the standard one floor or bought the full storage capacity of 5 floors when you purchased the Nightclub. This is why it is important to get all upgrades for the nightclub and fully purchase it with all storage capacity floors as well.
| Type of Good | Min. Capacity | Max Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Cargo & Shipments | 22 | 110 |
| Printing & Copying | 6 | 30 |
| Organic Produce | 10.67 | 53.3 |
| Cash Creation | 8 | 40 |
| Pharmaceutical Research | 8 | 40 |
| South American Imports | 8 | 40 |
| Sporting Goods | 24 | 120 |
| Type of Good | Min. Capacity | Max Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Cargo & Shipments | 11 | 55 |
| Printing & Copying | 3 | 15 |
| Organic Produce | 5.3 | 26.67 |
| Cash Creation | 4 | 20 |
| Pharmaceutical Research | 4 | 20 |
| South American Imports | 4 | 20 |
| Sporting Goods | 12 | 60 |
In both charts, Time to fill assumes real life hours.
Once you’ve amassed enough stock, complete delivery missions to turn a profit. The good thing about selling Nightclub goods is that no matter how much stock you are carrying, you will always only have one nightclub delivery vehicle to drive to a location for drop off. You can choose to either sell each type of good in multiple sales or sell altogether in one sale to earn profit. A fully stocked hub will earn you close to $2 million during a sell mission based on how much each type of good is worth at its maximum capacity.
Total Cash Earned from Nightclub Warehouse Sales

The Diamond Casino & Resort
The lavish Diamond Casino is the one-stop destination for quality entertainment and high-end living. Use Chips to play games or purchase a Penthouse, the most luxurious residence in the state.
Getting Started
- Visit the Diamond Casino & Resort
.
- Purchase a Penthouse
.
- Meet with Agatha Baker
.
You have experienced all the career paths to GTA Online if you have been playing consistently and following the guide. Whether it be a CEO, a Motorcycle club president, Gunrunner, or Nightclub owner, you have already got a taste of what it is like to be a money maker in the GTA Online universe. But why stop there? Let's go take a look at what is going on at the Diamond Casino and Resort...
Penthouse
First things first, let's purchase the master penthouse
at the resort off their in game website. The penthouse is pretty expensive with all of the modifications, so for now, it is not necessary to get all the extra stuff. As always, there is always time down the road to get all the modifications that you want. The reason why we are buying the penthouse is to familiarize ourselves with how the penthouse works and get access to the exclusive story missions, which completing would be helpful for the heist.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Penthouse | The Diamond Casino & Resort | $1,500,000 | - | Floor Plan Colors Patterns | $5,033,500 | $6,533,500 |
Casino Story Missions
Tao Cheng and The Diamond staff are in serious trouble. Work with Head of Operations Agatha Baker and Cheng to help them protect The Diamond from hostile takeover by the Duggans, a ruthless Texan petrochemical family seeking to expand their business by any means necessary.
Once you purchase the penthouse, make your way over to the Casino and watch the cutscene where you meet all of the inhabitants. Later, you should receive a phone call from the hotel manager, Ms. Agatha Baker, asking you to visit her office. Completing all of Agatha's story missions would obviously make you money, but also could be worth a huge investment later on when we are robbing the casino. These missions also introduce special completion bonuses for the first time ever on contact missions, apart from heists.

The Diamond Casino Heist
With the help of Lester Crest, purchase an Arcade as a front for planning the most sophisticated robbery the city of Los Santos has ever seen: breaking into The Diamond Casino's vault.
Getting Started
- Meet Lester at Mirror Park
.
- Set up an Arcade
.
- Scope the content of the casino vault.
Now that you have completed Agatha's casino missions and have experienced everything the casino has to offer, it is time to focus on the most interesting part of the Casino: robbing it. The Diamond Casino heist is arguably the most fun heist to do and can be very profitable for solo players especially.
Arcade
Meet up with Lester in Mirror Park, then tap into Maze Bank Foreclosures to acquire the new Arcade
property. As always, most of the modifications aren't necessary for your purchase, but what could make the Arcade interesting is the Master Control terminal, where you can operate and manage all of your businesses in one place. You can start source and sell missions for each business easily on the terminal, and could be a very valuable investment in the long run.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Arcade | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,235,000 | $2,530,000 | Style Mural Floor Neon Art Extras Garage | $1,722,500 | $4,252,500 |
The Arcade itself does not provide a huge source of income, and even if you purchase all the arcade games, it would only generate $5,000 in your safe for every in game day. Once you purchase the Arcade, head to it and set it up, then enter the basement to set up the diamond casino heist.
| Arcade Games | Daily Income | Safe Capacity | Time to fill (Days) | Time to fill (Hours) | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1x | | $5,000 | | $100,000 | 20 | 10 |
Casino Heist
To plan a heist this big, you’ll need the right location, crew and gear. Once your Arcade is up and running, the basement planning area below is where the real work begins. The Basement houses three planning boards and provides a place to store sourced getaway vehicles and heist prep equipment, as well as areas to stage rehearsals to practice cracking vaults and hacking doors with your crew.
The first time you play the diamond casino heist, you will have to scope out the Casino first. Make sure you scope out everything around the Casino in your first playthrough. After having that done, head back to your arcade to scope out what you will be stealing: the vault contents, which are randomly assigned by the game. Each kind of primary loot the game can probably assign you has different potential takes based on their value.
| Primary Loot | Single Lot Value | Max Potential Take (Normal Mode) | Max Potential Take (Hard Mode) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cash | $264,375 | $2,115,000 | $2,326,500 |
| Artwork | $293,750 | $2,350,000 | $2,585,000 |
| Gold | $323,125 | $2,585,000 | $2,843,500 |
| Diamonds | $411,250 | $3,290,000 | $3,619,000 |
With the Casino scoped and the vault contents identified, you can now decide how to approach the heist. You can be silent & sneaky to enter undetected and try to make off with the haul before they even know what hit them. Or you can engage in deception by going the big con route by masquerading as Casino contractors. If neither of those work for you, you can just go in guns blazing and meet increased resistance with the aggressive approach. Similar to the Doomsday Heist, you would need at least 2-4 players to pull off this heist. And as always, for those financially ambiguous, there are special elite challenges and completion bonuses for each approach of the casino heist as well to help you make some serious cash.
| Heist | Players | Set Up Cost | Potential Take (Normal Mode) | Potential Take (Hard Mode) | Elite Challenge Objectives | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Casino Heist - Silent & Sneaky | 2 - 4 | $25,000 | $2,115,000+ | $2,326,500+ | Complete in under 15:00 Mins Nobody gets wasted 0 hacks failed | |
| | Casino Heist - The Big Con | 2 - 4 | $25,000 | $2,115,000+ | $2,326,500+ | Complete in under 15:00 Mins Nobody gets wasted | |
| | Casino Heist - Aggressive | 2 - 4 | $25,000 | $2,115,000+ | $2,326,500+ | Complete in under 15:00 Mins Nobody gets wasted 80 Headshots | |
Special Heist Completion Bonuses

| Smash and Grab Complete the Aggressive approach to The Diamond Casino Heist | $100,000 |
| Hidden In Plain Sight Complete the Big Con approach to The Diamond Casino Heist without breaking your disguise inside the Casino | $150,000 |
| Undetected Complete the Silent & Sneaky approach to The Diamond Casino Heist without ever being detected | $200,000 |

| Elite Thief Complete the elite challenges for the Aggressive, The Big Con and Silent & Sneaky approaches to The Diamond Casino Heist | $350,000 |
| Professional Complete The Diamond Casino Heist on Hard and without losing a life | $250,000 |
After deciding your approach, you also need to make sure you have the right people at your disposal. Through Lester's network of contacts, you can bring on a driver, gunman and hacker, although it is for a price. You unlock additional crew members from owning specific properties or completing certain events in freemode.
For the gunman, Karl is the gunman to go with because he's the cheapest and the weapons he provides is good enough for the job. For the driver, go cheap here too and take Karim. When choosing the vehicles, always go for the Sentinel Classic as the louvres on the back allow for small protection.
| Gunman | Cut | Skill | |
|---|---|---|---|
| - | Karl Abolaji | 5% | Poor |
| - | Gustavo Mota | 9% | Expert |

Your hacker is important because they determine how long you have in the vault during the job before the vault is filled with dangerous nerve toxin. How long you have in the vault is also determined if whether you triggered the alarm (by alerting the guards) or not.
| Driver | Cut | Skill | Time in Vault (Alarm Off) | Time in Vault (Alarm On) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| - | Rickie Lukens | 3% | Poor | 2 Min 26s | 1 Min 42s |

| | Paige Harris | 9% | Expert | 3 Min 25s | 2 Min 23s |
| Signal Jammers | Avi Schwartzman | 10% | Expert | 3 Min 30s | 2 Min 26s |
As with every heist, there are setup missions that you have to complete in order to gain access to the Finale. However, in this heist, there are only prep missions we have to complete, as we did with the Doomsday heist. These prep missions are divided into two categories: mandatory and optional.
Mandatory prep missions are obviously the missions that you have to do, which often involves stealing an item from a location and bringing it back to the Arcade. The missions can change depending on the selected approach.
All Heists Mandatory Missions
| Freemode Prep | Players | Silent & Sneaky | The Big Con | Aggressive | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Unmarked Weapons | 1 - 2 | ✔ | ✔ | ✔ |

| | Vault Explosives | 1 - 2 | ✔ |
The optional prep missions are of course optional to do so, but there are some that needs to be done if you want to lighten the workload while you are inside the casino and have different benefits. The missions themselves depend on what approach you selected for the heist.

Now that you have completed all the missions needed, it is now time to finally rob the casino. Select your entrance, entry disguise, exit, exit disguise, your buyer, and buy the gunman decoy to lose the cops faster although it would not be needed if you go for the sewer tunnel or the chopper. These also depends on the approach you take for the heist.

| Entry Disguise | Gruppe Sechs | ||
| Exit | Staff Lobby | Staff Lobby | Staff Lobby |

Take as much loot as you can, and hacking the vault doors is very simple. Hacking these doors is very simple once you get the hang of it. To make it easier, you can get the fingerprint hack model inside your Arcade basement and practice until you are comfortable with hacking.
Similar to the Pacific Standard Job, the actual take can very well differ from the maximum potential take if you take damage if you're carrying loot during the heist. The best way to keep the potential take as max as possible is to avoid playing the aggressive approach.
After you complete a heist for the first time, there is a short 10 minute waiting time before getting a text message from Lester to let you know that the heist can be played again. when you visit the basement, you will see a red skull over the approach that you played the first time. This means that the heist can be replayed in in hard mode. The difference between normal and hard mode isn't really much to be honest.
- Guards will react faster
- More discs to drill on the vault door (6 instead of 4)
- 2 hacks to complete instead of 1
- The reward is exactly 10% more of the max potential take
Total Cash Earned from The Diamond Casino Heist

The Arcade itself isn't a viable business, but it's what that Arcade unlocks that makes it an interesting business. The Casino heist is surely a good way if you are looking to earn some serious hard cash in a short time.

The Cayo Perico Heist
Under the employ of Miguel Madrazo, leave the lights of Los Santos for the sands of Cayo Perico. Purchase a Kosatka submarine to begin your Heist: raiding El Rubio's island fortress.
Getting Started
- Meet Martin Madrazo inside The Music Locker
. - Setup a Kosatka
. - Find where the Madrazo Files are being held.
You've broken a convicted spy out of prison. You've taken on the biggest score of your career by hitting the Pacific Standard Bank. You've saved the world from an egomaniac tech mogul. You've beaten strong odds to drain a Casino out of all its valuable items. It is now time to raise stakes as higher as they were before in arguably what is the BEST money maker out of everything GTA online has yet to offer and probably what you were skimming through the guide to find: The Cayo Perico Heist.
Kosatka
To be able to reach Cayo Perico and start the heist, you will first have to buy the Kosatka
, a submarine procured and modified by Pavel, who will be your new eyes and ears for this heist. Purchasing the sub itself costs $2.2 million, but a fully equipped and functional sub will set your account balance back by $9 million. Starting here, dropping that kind of dough is not really necessary. However, to experience this heist at its best, you would only need one moon pool vehicle to add: the new sparrow, which with the Kosatka would be at $4 million and another $240K for the mounted homing missiles on the sparrow.

The Cayo Perico Heist
The Cayo Perico heist, introduced as an update in 2020, introduces yet another brand new approach to how you can play heists, but this time, in an all different location: a small island just off the Caribbean coast of Colombia, Cayo Perico. Unlike our previous heist, this one does not have a new business connected to the heist neither is our old accomplice Lester involved. Here, all you have to do is meet Miguel Madrazo, who is looking for a way to shine in his father's eyes by giving you a job: infiltrate Cayo Perico, the heavily guarded private party island of the ruthless drug lord Juan "El Rubio" Strickler. Additionally, after introducing the possibility of playing missions solo and in private lobbies, Rockstar decided to give the very first completely playable solo heist to players and make the heist playable completely solo from start to finish and in private lobbies.

After completing the heist's long introduction, it's time for the first mission: scoping out the island. The first time you are in Cayo Perico, you will be disguised as a tour manager with your old pal from the Nightclub English Dave. Later players will always play the role of gun smugglers. Whatever it may be, the mission will always be the same: leave the enclosed area and explore the island photographing places and items. The first time around you will have objectives to follow but later on, you will be free to photograph points of interests as you please. The objective of this mission is to basically find everything Cayo Perico has to offer.
- 4 Bolt Cutters
- 4 Grappling Hooks
- 4 Chests of Guard Clothing
- Supply Truck
- Box of Cutting Powder
- Control Tower
- Power Station
- North Drop Zone
- North Dock
- South Drop Zone
- Main Dock
- Drainage Tunnel
- Everything except the 7 areas and the primary targets will always be at different locations every time the heist starts, so you will have to find them again and again.
The 7 areas only need to be scoped once and will always be available for you to use in future heists.
Scoping everything isn't really necessary unless you want to play the heist with multiple approaches, although there are a few with a lot of advantages.
Scoping the secondary targets can help you to plan the best possible way to increase your maximum potential take during the heist. However, during the heist, your loot bag can only carry so much so there is a limit on how much of the secondary target will take space in your loot bag. Different targets will have different values per lot on a table and will have different capacities in your loot bag.
| Secondary Target | Single Lot Value | Minimum Capacity in Loot Bag | Full Bag Value | Max. Capacity in Loot Bag | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Cash | $78,480 - 89,420 | 25% | up to $368,000 | 4 stacks |
| | Weed | $145,980 - 149,265 | 37.5% | up to $405,000 | 2 2⁄3 stacks |
| | Cocaine | $220,500 - 225,000 | 50% | up to $450,000 | 2 stacks |
| | Gold | $328,584 - 333,192 | 66.7% | up to $500,000 | 1 1⁄2 stacks |
| | Paintings | $176,200 - 199,700 | 50% | up to $385,000 | 2 stacks |
While scoping the island is a choice, to discover the primary target of the heist, you have to scope the compound by hacking the CCTV cameras. For the first play, the target will always be the Madrazo files no matter what. After the first play, the game will randomly select a primary target at the start of the heist, based on different treasures of El Rubio. After finding the primary target, continue looking through the security cameras to explore more points of interest.
| Primary Loot | Max Potential Take (Normal Mode) | Max Potential Take (Hard Mode) |
|---|---|---|
| Madrazo Files | $1,100,000 | - |
| Sinsimito Tequila | $630,000 | $693,000 |
| Ruby Necklace | $700,000 | $770,000 |
| Bearer Bonds | $770,000 | $847,000 |
| Pink Diamond | $1,300,000 | $1,430,000 |
| Panther Statue | $1,900,000 | $2,090,000 |
After discovering the primary target, access points, and points of interests scoped, it is now time to go back to Los Santos and start the mandatory prep missions in order to pull off the heist. There are a total of 18 missions, some mandatory and some optional. Not all missions need to be completed.
| Freemode Prep | Players | |
|---|---|---|
| | Submarine: Kosatka | 1 |
| | Plane: Alkonost | 1 |

Now that you know everything there is to know about the ins and outs of Cayo Perico, and having gathered what was needed, El Rubio's clock now begins ticking as you begin your journey to his vault. Unlike the previous heists, there is no specific style when it comes to approaching Cayo Perico and you can play however you want despite the mission objectives. You can also buy additional help, but don't spend your money on these unnecessary services. However, if you select the Velum approach, you can select the weapon stash service to remain undetected. Still, here is some recommended options to set to make playing the heist much more simple and easier.
| Approach Vehicle | Kosatka / Longfin |
|---|---|
| Infiltration Point | Drainage Tunnel / Main Dock / Airstrip |
| Compound Entry Point | Drainage Tunnel |
| Escape Point | Ocean / Main Dock / Airstrip |
| Time of Day | Night |
Do keep in mind that during the heist, there will always be a guard walking around the compound with gate keys that can be used to unlock the basement. The basement will have 1 -2 fingerprints depending on the mission difficulty, as opposed to El Rubio's office elevator which will have 3 - 4. My advice is just to go simple and go for the elevator as the fingerprint hack is fairly simple.
The best way to complete this heist is to avoid triggering the alarm, only kill guards who are in your way, and have a path to follow after collecting the primary target. As always, there is always the easy way out and you can quick restart if you fail. If you are playing with more players, always give yourself a little more of the cut than the crew. After completing the Cayo Perico heist for the first time, you will have to wait three in game days for Pavel to contact you when the heist becomes available to play again, which is 2 hours and 24 minutes in real time. Once you get the text message from Pavel, you can visit the Kosatka any time you want to start up the Cayo Perico Heist. However, if you want to play the heist again in hard mode this time, then you have 48 minutes after the text message to visit your Kosatka to pay the setup cost.

Now that we went over the Cayo Perico heist, surely you would want to keep selling business goods and play contact missions. This heist is excellent for solo players and because of the endless possibilties on how to approach the island, you can never be too bored with robbing El Rubio of his prized treasures over and over again, just like taking candy from a baby.

Los Santos Tuners
Take over the streets with the LS Car Meet, a space to test, mod and admire your wheels. Purchase an Auto Shop and run a legitimate business or carry out criminal contracts to make serious money.
Getting Started
- Visit and become a member of the LS Car Meet
. - Set up an Auto Shop
. - Complete any Robbery Contract
The Grand Theft Auto online universe has entered the future where everyone is on flying bikes and big tanks. With technology advancing and bringing the future that we wanted as kids to this universe, let's not forget about the streets that you, as GTA online players, came from. With that being said, let's return to the scene of cars with the new money making business that was introduced with the LS Tuners update: the auto shop.
Auto Shop
The auto shop
is the next activity / business that Rockstar introduced to players as part of this next update. The cost of the business is pretty high, and as I have been saying, you can always get the mods later on. The base cost should be the same as other businesses you have bought, and if you want to make a profit from the auto shop, then you should get the staff, the additional car lift, and personal quarters.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Auto Shop | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,670,000 | $1,920,000 | Style Tint Emblem Staff Extras Membership | $2,552,000 | $4,472,000 |
There are three ways to make money with the auto shop: the business up front, a side job, and the business back end.
Auto Shop Service
From time to time, Sessanta will give you a call to let you know a customer has dropped their ride at the auto shop and want it serviced. Once serviced, you can take the car to the buyer, or rather, you can hire staff to do the job for you.
When a customer has delivered their car to be serviced, you can repair it for an upfront service cost and install any requests such as color, resprays or body and performance modifications. Once serviced, you can deliver the car to the customer to receive payment. Alternative modifications can be installed but may affect the customer's satisfaction resulting in a higher or lower reward. The customer will pay the full service cost for all modifications, but the additional bonus payment will be reduced if the vehicle has been damaged upon delivery. You should always deliver the car yourself as the staff will always damage the vehicle and lower your income.
| Payment for Delivery | Service Costs | Damages | Satisfaction | Final Payment | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Low Vehicle Tier | $40,000 | $20,000 | Cost Varies | $5,000 | $65,000 |
| Mid Vehicle Tier | $60,000 | $35,000 | Cost Varies | $5,000 | $100,000 |
| Top Vehicle Tier | $80,000 | $50,000 | Cost Varies | $5,000 | $135,000 |
Exotic Exports vehicles
After servicing and delivering your first car, Sessanta will give you a call unlocking an extra activity you can complete for additional cash: exotic exports vehicles. In the auto shop, there will be a exotic exports vehicle list which changes daily where you will have to find and steal vehicles listed and deliver them to Sessanta's contact at the docks for GTA$ and RP. The vehicles can be found in free mode.
| Payment for 1 Vehicle | | Final Payment | Bonus Payment | Total Cash Earned |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $20,000 | 10 | $200,000 | $100,000 | $300,000 |
Robbery Contracts
After watching the cutscene once you complete the auto shop set up, Sessanta and her "partner" KDJ, who you know as Moodymann, will have jobs for you to complete called "Contracts". On the job board in the auto shop, there will be contracts offered which will change regularly. There are 8 contracts in total, and each pay around $150,000 to $200,000, with the exception of the last one.

For each contract, you will have to complete prep missions, and there will always be 2 preps for each contract. These preps all take place in freemode, so it is recommended to play in solo or invite only sessions. When you start a contract, you will be limited to a weapon loudest much like the heists.

All together, the auto shop can be a pretty profitable business if you are looking to make some serious cash in a short amount of time. However, if you are looking on making a profit and making big money, then you should probably try to avoid buying the auto shop because it will not help you in the long run. Still, the business is an excellent way to make some legitimate money and makes things as simple as they were when you were just a level 1 robbing convenience stores on the streets of Los Santos.

The Contract
Partner with Franklin Clinton, run your own Celebrity Solutions Agency, and do whatever it takes to fix the problems of the LS elite.
Getting Started
- Set up the Agency
. - Complete a Security Contract
. - Meet the VIP
.
You have officially made it from the streets to being a criminal kingpin of the San Andreas underworld. From robbing convenience stores to robbing an island of a homicidal maniac, you have already shown what it takes to be a hustler and grow out of your branches and make moneys in more ways than one. However, who is to say that you are the only one who made it out of the streets? It's time to use your old pal Lamar to meet someone else who also followed in your path and became a big time CEO and who are probably familiar with already from Grand Theft Auto V's story mode.
Agency
In my personal favorite GTA online update, The Contract, your first step is to visit Lamar and learn about the new property you will be purchasing: the agency
. Go to Dynasty8 Executive and get any agency you want. You can also add the armory, where you can buy weapons at a discounted price, and the vehicle workshop, where you can mod your vehicles with Imani tech.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Agency | Dynasty 8 Executive | $2,010,000 | $2,830,000 | Art Wallpaper Highlight Armory Accommodation Vehicle Workshop | $2,677,500 | $5,507,500 |
The Celebrity solutions agency is owned by Franklin Clinton (yes, that Franklin!), who is looking to take his business to the next level with a reliable partner, which is you. You can make money through your agency in three different ways: completing contracts, completing the VIP contract, and a little side hustle offered by Franklin himself.
Security Contracts
Security contracts are the first way you can make money with the agency, which is pretty much how the business works itself. Security contracts are basically free mode jobs that you can complete in any type of session as long as you register as a CEO or MC President. To start a security contract, just log on to your computer at the agency and select security contracts. The available contracts offered change regularly, with each job having different difficulty levels and rewards.
- Professional Difficulty Level: $31,000 - $42,000
- Specialist Difficulty Level: $44,000 - $56,000
- Specialist+ Difficulty Level: $60,000 - $70,000
After successfully completing 1 contract, there is a 5 minute cooldown period before you can start another one. There are six different types of contracts that you can complete for clients.
- Asset Protection
- Gang Termination
- Liquidize Assets
- Recover Valuables
- Rescue Operation
- Vehicle Recovery
For every contract you complete, the game will add a daily income of $100 in your office safe. This amount can increase for every 5 contracts that you complete.
| Contracts Completed | 1 | 5 | 10 | 15 | 20 | 25 | 50 | 75 | 100 | 200 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Income | $100 | $500 | $1,000 | $1,500 | $2,000 | $2,500 | $5,000 | $7,500 | $10,000 | $20,000 |
Completing more security contracts will permanently increase your earnings at F. Clinton and Partner. Earned cash can be collected from your office safe at the agency.
| Contracts Completed | Daily Income | Safe Capacity | Time to fill (Days) | Time to fill (Hours) | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200x | | $20,000 | | $250,000 | 12.5 | 10 |
Dr. Dre VIP Contract
After successfully completing your first security contract, Franklin will give you a call to talk about a big potential client that could be a big break for the agency, and if you completed your first Cayo Perico heist already, then you already know who that is and what is his problem: Dr. Dre, who lost his phone last year which is loaded with never before heard music from Dr. Dre. The Dr. Dre VIP Contract is a series of free mode jobs and missions where you basically run down investigations, chase leads and uncover hints to retrieve Dr. Dre's phone.

To get started with the VIP contract, go meet Franklin at the golf course and infiltrate FIB headquarters in an exclusive free mode mission to get started with the investigation, where you basically run down three different copies made of Dre's phone. For each copy, you have to chase leads with different investigations all around Los Santos during free mode. There are two different free mode preps for each mission strand. After you complete all 3 mission strands, you will unlock the final two missions in the Dr. Dre VIP Contract by meeting Franklin at
inside the agency.

Payphone Hits
Taking from the classic payphone missions from previous GTA games, the payphone hits are the next way you can make money not exactly through the agency, but through its owner, Franklin Clinton. After successfully completing three security contracts, Franklin will give you a call unlocking payphone hits. These are off-the-books, street level assassinations with bonuses paid out for following specific instructions. There are different types of targets you can assassinate, with three different ways to kill each target for the bonus reward.
- The CEO

- The Cofounder

- The Judge
- The Popstar
- The Tech Entreprenuer

- The Trolls
- The Dealers
- The Hitmen
These assignments demand a low level - you will pick up the details by answering payphone calls from Franklin all around Los Santos during free mode. You can carry out the assassinations however you want, but you can earn a bonus if you follow the instructions that Franklin texts you.
| Payment | Bonus Payment | Total Payment |
|---|---|---|
| $15,000 | $30,000 | $45,000 |
Overall, the agency is yet another good money maker for when you need to make some serious cash in a short amount of time. Considering all the different ways you can make money with the agency, you can earn up to $1.5 million every day, which can definitely help you in the long run and can easily gain back the investment you made in getting the agency in the first place.

Operation Paper Trail Missions
The Criminal Enterprises Update in 2022 introduces yet another mission strand where you need to help the IAA put the pieces together on a conspiracy within their ranks with the corrupt Duggan family in six all new 1-4 player contact missions. Meet up with Agent ULP at IAA Headquarters in Pillbox Hill to be sworn in as a special field operative and get started. Los Santos Drug Wars
Ready for the trip of a lifetime? Help Dax and his ragtag crew of new arrivals destroy the competition and rise to the top of the illicit drug trade on a wave of mind-bending psychedelics.
Getting Started
- Help Ron with his situation over at Ace Liquor
.
- Visit the Freakshop
- Setup your own Acid lab
At this point, we have been making money in more ways than one from running simple contact missions to working for big time music producers. For the past few sections, we have been talking about businesses that unlock exclusive missions with bonus payouts and rewards. Let's go back to making income passively with the next business brought to us in 2022: The acid lab.
The First Dose Missions
Get started with the First Dose missions first by answering a call from Ron and meeting up with the Fooliganz above Liquor Ace in Sandy Shores. Once you help him out and your new contact, Dax, you unlock the Freakshop, a new communal hangout place similar to the Casino. From that point on, you can complete the First Dose missions by going to the Freakshop and entering the Dax icon. It is recommended to complete all missions on hard difficulty, and go for Career Progress Challenges as well, to get larger rewards.

| | First Dose - Designated Driver | | Dax | varies |
| | First Dose - Fatal Incursion | | Dax | varies |

|---|---|
| Welcome to the Troupe Complete First Dose - Welcome to the Troupe as leader | $50,000 |
| Designated Driver Complete First Dose - Designated Driver as leader | $50,000 |
| Fatal Incursion Complete First Dose - Fatal Incursion as leader | $50,000 |
| Uncontrolled Substance Complete First Dose - Uncontrolled Substance as leader | $50,000 |
| Make War Not Love Complete First Dose - Make War Not Love as leader | $50,000 |
| Off the Rails Complete First Dose - Off the Rails as leader | $250,000 |
| Back It Up Complete all of the mission in the First Dose as a member of an Organization or Motorcycle Club | $100,000 |
Acid Lab
After completing the missions, the Brickade 6x6 will be stored in The Freakshop and can be upgraded with a lab, giving you access to a new business manufacturing and selling Acid to earn additional income. You can also buy the Brickade directly from Warstock for $1.4 million without having to play the First Dose Missions, but it will cost more and you cannot modify the vehicle either as you wouldn't have access to the Freakshop (which is why you want to play the contact missions first).
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Acid Lab | Warstock | $1,450,000 | - | - | - | $1,450,000 |
The Acid lab works similarly to the other passive businesses that you own: you go out and source supplies by either buying or stealing, Mutt will use those supplies to produce acid in the lab over time, and you sell that produced acid from time to time.
| Business | Max Capacity | Equipment Upgrade | |
|---|---|---|---|
| | Acid Lab | 160 | $237,500 |
You can boost acid production inside the Acid lab by interacting with the table of chemicals, and you can only do once per day. You can also get an equipment upgrade, as always, to fasten the time it takes to produce acid. To unlock the equipment upgrade however, you have to call Dax and complete 10 Fooligan jobs. You can then talk to Mutt in the freak shop to get the upgrade via the interaction menu.
| Single Box Value | Time to produce (Sec) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| No Boost | $1,485 | 135 | $1,485 / 135s |
| Boost | $5,000 | 68 | $1,485 / 68s |
| Single Box Value | Time to produce (Sec) | Production Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| No Boost | $2,095 | 90 | $2,095 / 90s |
| Boost | $2,095 | 45 | $2,095 / 45s |
Boost represents boosting acid production inside the Acid Lab, and No Boost represents the latter.
Stealing supplies takes no more than 5 - 10 minutes and are easy to complete. You can also buy supplies by talking to Mutt inside the Lab (do remember that buying supplies eats into profits). It takes real life seconds for Mutt to convert the supplies into acid, so you should get the equipment upgrade and try to boost production every day to reduce this amount of time.
| No Upgrades | Fully Upgraded | |
|---|---|---|
| No Boost | 6 | 4 |
| Boost | 3.02 | 2 |
The good thing about the Acid business is that you would not an extra team of players should you sell an Acid lab fully stocked with product. Sell missions are also easy to complete and as always, you can get a bonus for every player in the lobby. If you want to start a sell mission, you must bring the acid lab outside the freak shop first and then interact with the table inside the lab. You should also note that by naming your acid via the interaction menu, you get an extra 5% bonus on your acid lab profits, so don't neglect to do this once you get the chance!
Total Cash Earned from Acid Lab Sales
| Profit | High Demand Bonus | Total Cash Earned | |
|---|---|---|---|
| | $351,840 | $175,920 | $527,760 |
The Last Dose Missions
After completing all of the Dax First Dose Missions, Dax will contact you again for another set of contact missions in the update that GTA Online brought in March 2023. Completing the missions will grant you $500,000 in awards and a Ocelot Virtue to keep for yourself, so it's best not to leave them out. It is recommended to complete all missions on hard difficulty, and go for Career Progress Challenges as well, to get larger rewards.
| Mission | Given By | Reward | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Last Dose 1 - This Is An Intervention | | Dax | varies |
| | Last Dose 2 - Unusual Suspects | | Dax | varies |
| | Last Dose 3 - Friedmind | | Dax | varies |
| | Last Dose 4 - Checking In | | Dax | varies |
| | Last Dose 5 - BDKD | | Dax | varies |
Special Completion Bonuses
| Bonus Reward Challenge | Reward |
|---|---|
| This Is An Intervention Complete Last Dose - This Is An Intervention as leader | $50,000 |
| Unusual Suspects Complete Last Dose - Unusual Suspects as leader | $50,000 |
| Friedmind Complete Last Dose - Friedmind as leader | $50,000 |
| Checking In Complete Last Dose - Checking In as leader | $50,000 |
| BDKD Complete Last Dose - BDKD as leader | $50,000 |
| Back It Up 2 Complete all of the mission in the Last Dose as a member of an Organization or Motorcycle Club | $100,000 |
The Acid lab can make you some serious profit if you are the kind of player to keep increasing your sources of income. The more sources of income you have, the more money you will be making. Even if you are not a serious GTA player, the acid lab can still be a profitable business as it makes decent amounts of profit even without all of its upgrades.

San Andreas Mercenaries
Charlie Reed is pulling together a new crew, the Los Santos Angels, to take on Merryweather's new recruitment drive. Launched from an Avenger, push back their operation.
Getting Started
- Visit Charlie
. - Purchase an Avenger and its Operations Terminal
. - Login to the Operations Terminal onboard the Avenger
.
In Grand Theft Auto Story and Online, you’ve already gone up against the Merryweather Security forces in numerous contact missions, heists, and freemode business battle events for only one purpose: to make money, which is the whole objective of this game. This is why it is no surprise when you team up with your hangar aircraft mechanic Charlie Reed and other guns-for-hire to lead the fight against Merryweather this time.
Avenger
In this update, San Andreas Mercenaries, Charlie has been working on a plan called Project Overthrow to launch a multipronged attack on Merryweather to knock them off their back and engage in explosive guerilla operations to take back Los Santos against the security forces. Project Overthrow is launched from the new Operations Terminal upgrade for the Mammoth Avenger (which was introduced way back then with the Doomsday Heist), so if you do not own one already, purchase one from Warstock and add the Operations Terminal upgrade to your purchase.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Avenger This Vehicle can be stored in a facility or hangar. | Warstock | $3,450,000 | - | Interior Gun Turret Vehicle Workshop Weapon Workshop Operations Terminal | $2,787,500 | $6,237,500 |
When you access your Operations Terminal for the first time (you will have to register as a boss), you will be introduced to two different ways you can make money off of this update: Project Overthrow and the LSA Operations.
Project Overthrow
Project Overthrow features six contact missions for 1-4 players that involve you conducting reconnaissance, recovering valuable equipment, performing audacious rescues, and fighting your way through the teeth of Merryweather’s well-oiled war machine. It is recommended to complete all missions on hard difficulty, and go for Career Progress Challenges as well, to get larger rewards.
| Mission | Given By | Reward | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Reporting for Duty | | Charlie | varies |
| | Falling In | | Charlie | varies |
| | On Parade | | Charlie | varies |
| | Breaking Ranks | | Charlie | varies |
| | Unconventional Warfare | | Charlie | varies |
| | Shock & Awe | | Charlie | varies |
Special Completion Bonuses
| Bonus Reward Challenge | Reward |
|---|---|
| Project Overthrow First Time Bonus | $250,000 |
LSA Operations
LSA Operations work similarly to Agency Contracts in that these are essentially private contracts that can be played in free mode. These missions would involve you helping your Los Santos Angels team members on contract jobs related to disrupting Merryweather operations. You can start these either from your operations terminal or by calling Charlie, and the payouts differ depending on the level of the mission as indicated if you were to start the missions from the terminal. Charlie also gives an extra objective that gives an additional bonus of $15,000 each, similar to how Franklin’s payphone hits work.
| Difficulty Level | Reward | Bonus Payment | Total Payment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | $45,000 - 50,000 | $15,000 | $60,000 - 65,000 |
| Specialist | $60,000 - 70,000 | $15,000 | $75,000 - 85,000 |
Overall, the Operations Terminal is not an ideal way to make money and is perhaps the least effective way in this game to earn profit, but you can still have fun playing these missions. There still are also weekly events that help double payouts from time to time, so keep an eye out for that.

After getting the call from Yusuf, go to Maze Bank Foreclosures and purchase any Salvage Yard. It is recommended that you either get the Strawberry or the Murrieta Heights yard as the other properties are not that ideal for personal vehicle spawn locations and because most of the missions take place in the city. It is also recommended that you get the trade rates, Tow Truck (any truck), and the staff upgrade as it will help you to save time and make more money. The price is pretty hefty, but it is similar to the other property prices and it will be worth it in the long run.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Salvage Yard | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,620,000 | $2,690,000 | Tint Get Trade Rates Tow Truck Wall Safe Staff | $3,000,000 | $5,690,000 |
Purchasing the Salvage Yard will help you start the robberies, and also brings you the Tow Truck Service as a legit business for the front.
Salvage Yard Robberies
Owning the Salvage Yard cuts you in on Yusuf and his cousin Jamal’s plans for robberies, accessible from your Salvage Yard’s Planning Wall. There are five different robberies to play, and the only difference for each robbery will be the target vehicle you will be stealing. Bonus Challenges can also give an additional bonus each and for all challenges being completed.

Each robbery basically features a special target vehicle that requires thorough planning prior to successfully boosting it. Each robbery will always pay you at least 200k or more, depending on the actual value of the vehicle itself.
| Vehicle Tier | Max Sell Value | Max Salvage Value | |
|---|---|---|---|
| | Low | $~250,000 | 1.25x less than Sell Value |
| | Standard | $~350,000 | 1.25x less than Sell Value |
| | Top | $~400,000 | 1.25x less than Sell Value |
Each robbery entails scoping out some initial intel, completing Preps and new Freemode Tasks, and culminates in a high-speed Finale. Upon selecting a robbery, you will have to scope out the area of the robbery on your first time each (later times, you can jump straight into prep missions). Planning Work can be launched from the wall and Tasks can be launched from locations around the map.

Once a robbery is complete and a vehicle is acquired, it will be stored in your Salvage Yard until you decide what to do with it: Sell it, Salvage it for parts, or Claim it as a Personal Vehicle. You can only claim a vehicle as a personal vehicle during a special events week.
Tow Truck Service
The Tow Truck Service is another independent business run through your salvage yard and is only available if you upgrade the yard with a Tow Truck, allowing you to tow designated delinquent vehicles back to the Salvage Yard for another source of auto parts. This business works very straightforward and very simple: you go out, steal a vehicle with your tow truck, and bring it back to the yard so your staff can break down the vehicle to be salvaged for valuable parts. However, how you get paid from this is not that simple and depends a lot on whether or not you purchased the staff upgrade for your yard. Without the upgrade, it would take your staff longer to completely break down the vehicle and earn you a profit, whereas with the upgrade, it would only take them 1 in game day to do so.
| Time to salvage (Min) | |
|---|---|
| No Upgrade | 96 |
| Upgrade | 48 |
| | Profit |
|---|---|
| 2x | $60,000+ |
| 1x | $30,000+ |
Completing more tow truck services will permanently increase your Salvage Yard earnings. Similar to your Nightclub, if you continue to complete 2 tows for every in game day, a daily income of $24k will be added to your safe. If you do not however complete regular tows, this daily amount will decrease by $2,000 for every two in game days. Completing the robberies may also boost it over the normal $24k daily limit, but this depends on how many robberies you complete as well.
| Vehicle Recoveries / Day | Daily Income | Safe Capacity | Time to fill (Days) | Time to fill (Hours) | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2x | | $24,000 | | $250,000 | 10.42 | 8.33 |
The Salvage Yard is yet another viable source of income that can help fill your pockets fast and can also help you to earn a serious amount of cash in a short amount of time through the robberies. The Robberies are fun to play and complete, and if you have been playing right, you can even earn close to a million for every 10 hours you play the game all through passive income.

The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid
With the help of Officer Vincent Effenburger, raid the cartel's operation in the Cluckin' Bell factory in Paleto Bay.
Getting Started
- Answer Vincent’s phone call
. - Bankroll your operation by stealing laundered money.
- Choose your approach and loadout from various setup locations.
As a part of the Chop Shop update, you are also introduced to another “mini heist” as you take on corrupt cops and a dangerous new cartel that’s set up shop and using the Cluckin’ Bell corporation’s factory farm complex as a front for it. You will have an opportunity to take down this cartel in these new contact missions as you help someone you already met before from the Agatha Baker’s casino missions and the Diamond Casino Heist: Vincent, who has now become a cop dedicated to taking down this cartel and their large-scale operation set out all the way in Paleto Bay.
Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid Missions
As soon as you get the phone call from Vincent, go meet him at the Vespucci Police Station. To prepare for this operation, you’ll need to build a slush fund of laundered money, obtain your preferred weapons and gear, and get your hands on vital intel about the inner workings of the farm’s facilities. Once you’ve lined everything up, you’ll need to infiltrate Cluckin’ Bell’s factory farm complex and make off with the haul. All 5 missions will earn you $500,000 every time you complete the finale ($50,000 for teammates).

When you’re obtaining the weapons and gear, you will have to visit three target locations, collect weapons & gear (the kind of weapons & gear depend on who you are stealing from), deliver it to Vincent’s garage (it is up to you if you want to steal from all locations or just one). The same goes for the getaway vehicles, where you will steal one of three possible vehicles from a target location. For the Disorganized Crime mission, your actions will dictate the approach to the Finale and lead to either a stealthy finale approach or an aggressive one.

The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid is playable completely solo from start to finish, or with up to three other players if you want to. The great thing about these missions is that you can replay them as many times as you want, so you can earn up to $500,000 for every hour you play this raid. The Farm Raid is probably one of the best updates Rockstars has given us after a long time, and it is very fun to play as well.

Bottom Dollar Bounties
Join Maude Eccles and her daughter, Jenette, as they make bank catching criminals on the run. Invest in Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement today to start your bail enforcement business.
Getting Started
- Visit Maude
. - Purchase a Bail Office from Maze Bank Foreclosures
. - Choose your first target with the Bail Enforcement System computer inside your Bail Office.
After a dedicated career tracking down the state’s most wanted, notorious bounty hunter Maude Eccles is hanging up her cuffs and offering a golden opportunity to those with a burning passion for justice. After battling multiple gangs and conglomerates throughout your GTA career, you are no stranger to introducing enemies to your version of justice. Maude Eccles, from GTA 5’s Story Mode, comes to you with a opportunity to invest in a brand new Bail Office. This property allows you to start a bounty hunting business, catching criminals who are on the run.
Bail Office
After you get the phone call from Maude, you can visit Maze Bank Foreclosures to choose a variety of available locations for your new Bail Office
. For this, the location does not matter but because most of the missions are centralized around Los Santos, so it would be best to set up shop in a LS location. With your Bail Office purchase, it would be ideal to include in your purchase the upgrade for the Bail Enforcement Van and the extra Bail Enforcement Agents.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Bail Office | Maze Bank Foreclosures | $1,650,000 | $2,620,000 | Style Agents Personal Quarters Gun Locker Armor Plating | $2,240,000 | $4,860,000 |
With your purchase of the Bail Office, you will become the new lead dog for Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement, where you can take down an assortment of valuable targets, including some of Southern San Andreas’ Most Wanted. There are two ways to make money with the Bail Office: the Bounty Hunting business itself, and the Earnings from your Bail Enforcement Agents.
Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement
The Bail Enforcement System computer lists available targets to choose from: three Standard Targets and one Most Wanted Target. Most Wanted Targets can be completed once per day, while ambitious bounty hunters can wrangle as many Standard Targets as they want. Both Standard and Most Wanted Targets are considerably more valuable alive than dead, so be cautious when doling out lethal force.
Standard Bounty Targets are a series of free mode jobs where you have to capture bounty targets which offers at least $35k per bounty. The list of Bounties is refreshed on the in-game computer every in-game day and up to three bounties can be brought in per day. There are six types of free mode missions for Standard Bounty Targets, and there are three bounty targets to capture for each type of mission, for a total of 18 Standard Bounty Targets that you have to capture dead or alive.
| Mission | Target | Target | Target | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Arcade | | Beau Duggan | | Bill Duggan | | Hunter Duggan |
| CCTV | | Lil Prince | | Xavier Fremond | | Jalen Kennedy |
| Clubhouse | | Rylee Rose | | Serenity Pierce | | Angel Kenney |
| Mansion Intimidation | | Sabrina Gray | | India Wood | | Briggitte Foster |
| Prison Bus | | Cook Kenzie | | Marquel Green | | Colby Wright |
| Bank Robbery | | Ricki Ji | | Tommy Lim | | LJ Ha |
Most Wanted Targets are a series of contact missions where you capture dead or alive a variety of the upper echelon of criminal scum: CEOs, movie stars, legendary street racers, and the like. Most Wanted Targets are worth more than Standard Targets, and only can be completed once per day (real-time). Most Wanted Targets are marked red on the Computer in the Bail Office, and will change daily between six different targets that you can capture. Remember that you would earn 75% less should you accidentally kill the Most Wanted target.
All Most Wanted Bounty Target Missions
| Mission | Given By | Reward | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Most Wanted - Whitney | | Bail Office | $100,000+ |
| | Most Wanted - Lieberman | | Bail Office | $100,000+ |
| | Most Wanted - O’Neil | | Bail Office | $100,000+ |
| | Most Wanted - Thompson | | Bail Office | $100,000+ |
| | Most Wanted - Song | | Bail Office | $100,000+ |
| | Most Wanted - Garcia | | Bail Office | $100,000+ |
Special Completion Bonuses
| Bonus Reward Challenge | Reward |
|---|---|
| Get Whitney Complete Most Wanted - Whitney as leader | $25,000 |
| Get Lieberman Complete Most Wanted - Lieberman as leader | $25,000 |
| Get O’Neil Complete Most Wanted - O’Neil as leader | $25,000 |
| Get Thompson Complete Most Wanted - Thompson as leader | $25,000 |
| Get Song Complete Most Wanted - Song as leader | $25,000 |
| Get Garcia Complete Most Wanted - Garcia as leader | $25,000 |
Bail Enforcement Agents
Upon completing a Standard or Most Wanted target, the time taken to receive income will entirely depend upon whether or not you included Bail Enforcement Agents with your purchase of the Bail Office and how many you included. It will take a longer time for you to receive income if you didn’t get it, but if you did, that time will be significantly shortened. The two additional staff members helps boost efficiency for the Bail Office.
| | Time (Min) |
|---|---|
| 0x | 24 |
| 1x | 12 |
| 2x | 6 |
Bail Enforcement Agents also help increase Bail Office Earnings if you keep sending them out on bounty hunting jobs every day (in-game). You can send them on jobs by approaching & interacting with them inside your Bail Office. It will take them one in-game day to do some bounty hunting and will add between $5,000 to $10,000 to the office safe. Therefore, there really isn’t a fixed daily income for the safe, so you will have to keep sending them on jobs to fill up the safe.
| Bail Enforcement Agents | Daily Income | Safe Capacity | Time to fill (Days) | Time to fill (Hours) | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2x | | $7,500 | | $100,000 | 13.33 | 10.67 |
Overall, the Bounty Hunting Business introduces another good method for making quick cash in a short amount of time. Although some of the activities the Bail Office offers really is “bottom dollar” and won’t help much in the long run, you can still make serious amounts of money with the Bail Office, although Jenette will keep annoying you with her long intros for each bounty target.

To prep for each score, you have to complete several freemode preps, and there will always be 3 freemode preps for each file. Prep for these scores and then complete the Finale to earn GTA$ and trinkets to adorn your desk inside the Garment Factory.
| FIB File | Freemode Prep | Freemode Prep | Freemode Prep | |||

| The Brute Force File | | Private Military Armor | | Infiltration Equipment | | Override Key |
| The Fine Art File | | EMP Charges | | Approach Vehicle | | Facial Recognition |
| The Project Breakaway File | | Mobile Tracking | | Thermal Charges | | Encryption Bypass |
Overall, the FIB Files is yet another good money making method for especially the short term because it would only take 20 minutes or so to make at least $150k, and if you complete a priority file each week, that amount would be doubled. For the long term, you can easily gain back the investment you made with purchasing the Garment Factory if you complete enough FIB files daily or weekly.

Unfortunately, these missions do not have any special completion bonuses tied to them nor any bonus rewards. You cannot select a individual mission either as the laptop will always recycle the same missions in order.

These tasks include obtaining all possible loot, not texting Raf for hints, and much more. You will always get an extra bonus of $10k for successfully completing the additional task. Additionally, Completing a single Mr Faber Work raises the heat on the associated business it's launched from, and if the bar gets full, you won't be able to launch another mission until you cool things back down by doing that associated business's legal activity, whether it be a Car Wash, Helicopter Tour, or Weed Delivery.
Money Laundering
You can also use the laptop inside your fronts or call Raf to launch unique Money Laundering missions, similar to Oscar's Arms trafficking missions, where you can help Raf with his endeavors to eliminate the competition and much more. Money earned from completing jobs for Raf will be placed at
inside the Hands On Car Wash after he's laundered it (it will take about 10 real-time minutes). The earnings bag holds up to $1 Million, so make sure to check in between missions to collect. Each front comes with their own money laundering missions, and you can launch money laundering missions from each front to increase the passive daily income that business will make for your Car Wash Safe.

Laundering Businesses
Your Hands On Car Wash acts as a legitimate front that helps conceal a money laundering operation, and owning it will boost the value of product sold from a Counterfeit Cash Factory by 35%. Completing illegitimate work for Raf or Mr Faber will increase heat on the business that will stop it from generating income is full and will be marked with a
on the map. You also won't be able to launch any more jobs for Raf or Mr Faber for as long as the heat bar is full for a business. Reduce this by completing legitimate work. You can launch Car Wash missions from your laptop and wash customer cars to reduce heat at the Hands On Car Wash. These missions do not pay much, but completing 1 Car Wash completely eliminates any heat on the business. You can check the level of heat on your operation or request some work by calling Raf from your phone.
| Payment for Delivery | Damages | Repairs | Tip | Final Payment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $1,000 | $0 | 0 | varies | <= $2,000 |
Once you purchase the Hands On Car Wash, you can also expand your portfolio to include Smoke on the Water. Owning Vespucci Beach’s premier stash spot allows you to launder more money and run interference on rival grow operations, and it also boosts the value of product sold from a Weed farm by 35% as well. Smoke on the Water will passively generate some income for as long as the heat on the business is kept below 100%. This can be collected from your Hands On Car Wash safe regularly. Similarly to the Car Wash, any heat generated on this business by launching work for Raf or Mr Faber from here can be reduced by completing legitimate work. You can deliver weed orders to customers to reduce heat at Smoke on the Water.
| Payment | Tip | Final Payment |
|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | varies | >= $3,000 |
Owning the Hands On Car Wash also opens up the ability to take over Higgins Helitours on the Vespucci Helipad and boost the value of product sold from a hangar by 10%. Higgins Helitour will also passively generate some income for as long as the heat on the business is kept below 100%. Similarly to the Car Wash and Smoke on the Water, heat can be gained on the business by launching work for Raf or Mr Faber and can be reduced by completing legitimate work. You can take tourists on a helicopter tour of Los Santos to reduce heat at Higins Helitours. Completing a single mission will net you $5,000 and as usual completely eliminate any heat on the business.
Owning the Car Wash will pull in passive income from your already established network, and additional daily income laundered through not just the car wash, but from all of your businesses, will be added to the Car Wash safe for collection. You can increase the Car Wash Daily Income by owning multiple businesses across GTA Online (which is why you want to have all the businesses owned so far!). You can increase the income for the Hands On Car Wash, Smoke on the Water and Higgins Helitour (initially $750) by completing 15 Money Laundering jobs for Raf from each of those businesses.

Passive Income will also generate heat for the business as well by 8% for every in game day, so make sure to cool things down from time to time so that passive income can continue to be generated from all of your owned businesses. Also keep in mind that the business has to be up and running in order for passive income to be accrued and added to the Car Wash safe.

Overall, Rockstar yet continues to go on its pattern of adding many short term businesses to entice new players into playing the game. However, because they tie in many businesses from previous GTA Online updates and many of your previous contacts make a reappearance in many of these Money Fronts missions, there is still a nostalgia feeling present. The Safe and the Money Laundering missions almost make these missions worth it to purchase the Car Wash, so this business is yet again good for making short term money.

A Safehouse in the Hills
With the help of Avi Schwartzman, bring down the KnoWay surveillance grid around Los Santos.
Getting Started
- Purchase a property from Prix Luxury Real Estate
. - Answer the payphone to learn about KnoWay
. - Complete a mission for Avi Schwartzman
.
You've done everything there is to offer in the vast universe of GTA Online. You've robbed banks, saved the world from dangerous and volatile threats, beat odds to drain a Casino of its valuables numerous times, and went toe to toe consistently with a dangerous drug dealer on the island of Cayo Perico. Celebrate all of your triumphs with a painstakingly crafted palace in one of Los Santos' most exclusive neighborhoods with the all new Luxury Mansions, and who knows, you never know who could show up at your door...
Mansion
After many many long years, GTA fans can finally rest as Rockstar finally delivers and brings Mansions
to Grand Theft Auto Online, but not without a price. As of now, this is the most expensive purchase you can make in the game at a whooping price of nearly 20 million just to max out the most expensive mansion property with all of the extra modifications. To get started, log onto the Prix Luxury Real Estate website on your iFruit and choose from three distinct locations in the most exclusive neighborhoods — each erected on a spacious plot with ample accommodations.
| Property | Website | Starting From | Up To | All Mods | Max Mods. Cost | Total Cost | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | Mansion | Prix Luxury Real Estate | $11,500,000 | $12,800,000 | Interior Additional Rooms Security AI Assistant | $5,907,500 | $18,707,500 |
Mansions come with a lot of distinctive features that combines tasteful design and cutting-edge technology to elevate every touchpoint, such as a restorative Yoga area, Gym Equipment, house pets, a spacious office with a trophy cabinet, and an AI Assistant. After you purchase your first mansion and gain entry into this prestigious community of luxury home owners, you can visit it any time you want for the first time to meet a familiar face - career criminal turned hotshot movie producer Michael De Santa from Grand Theft Auto 5's story mode. Who knows, Michael might even turn out to be a helpful ally in your hour of need.
KnoWay Out Missions
A Safehouse in the Hills also introduces a new set of contact missions where you are reconnected with yet another familiar face to bring down a surveillance network threatening Los Santos. The Self-driving vehicle start-up KnoWay is using a fleet of autonomous SUVs to build a shadowy surveillance network, and you must help Avi Shwartzman put a stop to it by any means necessary in the all new KnoWay Out Missions. Owning one of the Prix Luxury properties is not required for KnoWay Out, just visit the payphone in Little Seoul to get started. It is recommended to complete all missions on hard difficulty, and go for Career Progress Challenges as well, to get larger rewards.
As soon as you complete the KnoWay Out Missions, "Avi" will call you asking to meet him, but he will call only if you own a mansion. Having a mansion will raise the stakes and give you something worth defending soon. After protecting your Mansion, Mr. Faber will give you a call, which potentially teases the final GTA Online Update.

Overall, A Safehouse in the Hills introduces another set of contact missions similar to Oscar Guzman Flies Again and the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid where you can make a good amount of money in less than a hour. Even though the Mansions are pretty expensive with all of the modifications and whatnot, it still comes with a lot of benefits. For example, your AI assistant can also help you throw public or private Mansion Parties, initiate Fast Travel from the Mansion to any of your owned properties, and boost Production at any Businesses with Supply or Product for 24 hours. Owning a Mansion also can boost you to the top of the criminal ladder and show you how far you have made it since when you was just a street rustling gangbanger.

Final Tips & Tricks
To wrap things up, here are a few tips and tricks to help make your experience playing GTA Online more simple and easy:
- For every 48 minutes that you play GTA Online, the game will take money from you in what is called Daily Fees based on the properties that you own. This number can vary based on the number of properties that you own, as each property incurs a different value. To avoid paying this fee altogether, you can keep switching sessions every 40 minutes or so as the time counter resets every time you switch a session.
- You can go for Career Progress challenges for any update that was brought to GTA Online if you want to make even more money and RP: it is recommended to do so for advanced players who play the game daily.
- If you purchased the Criminal Enterprises starter pack or the GTA Online 2022 version with the Career Builder, ALWAYS take advantage of it and get the free vehicles and properties that Rockstar has gifted to you. It would save a lot of time, effort and money, and apart from the Paleto Bay bunker (the only free property you should avoid getting), every single property can help you in the long run.
- A lot of people complain playing heists without friends and with random players in their lobbies is too tiresome and a terrifying experience. Although this may be true, this does not always have to be the case: there are people everywhere online willing to play with you. You just have to look for them in the right places, whether it be friends, players you meet online who are doing the same exact thing you are (making money), and players you meet on social media platforms who are willing to help you.
- When you are playing a heist with a crew, you should always set the cut to give yourself a little more than the crew to make it more fair as they get paid for each of the setup missions. When playing with two players, always go for a 60% - 40% cut. If three players, then go for a 50% - 25% - 25% cut. 4 players, make it a 40% - 20% - 20% - 20% cut.
- When you are completing heist prep missions freemode and any kind of mission that takes place in freemode (other than business sell missions), you should always try to play in an invite only session via settings so you can avoid griefers and angry GTA players looking for trouble.
- When you are buying or selling any kind of business stock, you would always have to register as a VIP, CEO, or MC President. It is okay to register as any role, but when you sell Bunker stock with associates, you should register as a MC President so your associates earn more money as opposed to what they would earn if you were to register as a VIP or CEO.
- You should always aim to buy supplies for your businesses rather than steal the supplies, unless you are short on cash. Buying the supplies will always fill up the stock progress fully, which is therefore the safest way to gain business goods. Or you could just raid Stash Houses daily as it would fill up the stock progress on any one of your businesses without you having to pay a single thing!
- You should ALWAYS sell your business goods, whatever business it may be, in a public lobby. You would get a 1% bonus for each player in the lobby, up to 20%, for when you complete a sell mission. For example, if there are 30 players in a public lobby, and you are selling $500,000 worth of business stock, you would get an extra $100,000.
- Keep an eye out for weekly events... you never know what business could go on sale and which business activity could go on double money! GTA+ could also give some benefits on businesses from time to time...
In a dynamic universe of 30 players, you have experienced the journey of rising from being a street-level hustler to becoming a kingpin of your own criminal empire. Now that you have learned and now know how to make money in GTA online, there is no need for this guide to continue. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, you can always send a message via the About Page.
