Progress Tracker

London in the 19th century: a time of industrial revolution, rapid change and bleak oppression of the working classes. Relive the memories of the twin Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye, as they build a gang of Rooks to take down the Blighters, overthrow the Templars, and save the people of London. To complete 100% Full Synchronization with Assassin's Creed Syndicate, you have to complete the Story and all Associate Activities, London Stories, and Miscellaneous Activities. You can use the Progress Tracker in the Progression Log of the Main Menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization. It is recommended to synchronize with all viewpoints and complete all associate activities as early as possible to make traveling easier and upgrade Jacob and Evie more easily for main and secondary memories.

Associate Activities are important in order to free London from Templar Influence. You can complete these Conquest activities around the London map to capture territory from the Blighters. You can then kill the Templar crime boss in a Gang War to conquer the borough and free that district from Templar Influence. The boss also may surprise you at the end of conquest activities, so if you are able to kill him or her, all you would have to deal with is their goons in the Gang Wars! These Conquest activities also increases your loyalty level to the associate you are doing that activity for, which can lead to special rewards. Do note that you do not have to follow the order in which these activities are listed in this guide as it is just from the in-game Progress Tracker, you are free to do all activities borough by borough.

Although not required for 100% sync, there are also other associate activities you can complete for more Income, XP and Rewards (and for trophies!). You can start these extra associate activities by speaking to all other associates you haven't spoken to already, namely Robert Topping at and Ned Wynert at . Speaking to both of them will unlock all other associate activities, and by completing all of them at least once you will not only earn XP and rewards, but also increase your loyalty with them as well. You can also note that these activities are basically guaranteed money and resources farming methods, if you are short on them for upgrades and such.

You can unlock gameplay benefits in Assassin's Creed Syndicate in the form of perks by completing challenges. Many of these perks can be naturally earned as you complete the game and total 100% sync of it. Completing these challenges reward you with XP and of course the gameplay benefit at the end. You can unlock new skills to level up in Assassin's Creed Syndicate, as Evie and Jacob make the journey from initiates to Master Assassins. Every 1000 XP awards you a new Skill Point, which in turn you can earn by completing gold memories, red conquest activities, and gray income activities. Use these skill points to purchase new skills from the Skills Menu and reach your next level. You can reach up to level 10 in the game, although level 6 is when you unlock all the skills and make them available for purchase. Jacob and Evie share money, XP and rewards, but have different gear and skills. You can naturally get all skills as you reach Level 10, and it is more recommended to reach level 10 as early as possible by completing the conquest and income activities so you can make Jacob and Evie faster and more stronger for gold memories.

You can buy upgrades for the Rooks gang, as Jacob and Evie take the fight to the Blighters gang as they take back London from Templar influence. In the middle cabin of the train hideout or from the main menu, you can access gang upgrades to make Rooks stronger, make Blighters weaker, and increase the safe income. Each gang upgrade varies in cost and crafting resources needed to buy them. You can invest in the City Takeover gang upgrade to decrease just the cost of all gang upgrades by 20% each. It is recommended to get all gang upgrades as early as possible so that it is easier to complete secondary activities all over London.



Keys to the City



You can craft Gear and Upgrades in Assassin's Creed Syndicate after Sequence 3 Memory 2, "Freedom of the Press", to increase and customize Jacob and Evie's arsenal of weapons, outfits and gear. Craft new gear and tool upgrades in the Inventory and Crafting menus. You can find some unique resources and crafting plans in hidden locked chests. You will find most of them by completing gold memories and reaching loyalty level 5 with all associates (including Topping and Wynert). Income activities (especially robbing cargo from trains, carts and boats) provide large amounts of crafting resources that can help you grind for these craftable gears and upgrades.

The gear you wear modifies your abilities. Gear can be acquired as rewards from associate activities or crafted in the Inventory section of the main menu. Gear comes in two categories: Accessories and Outfits. You can wear one piece of gear in each category. Jacob and Evie have different accessories and outfits. Each accessory has stats that modify stealth and defense. The higher the gauge, the better the bonus. Each accessory also has a required level that you need to reach in order to craft it. Jacob can wear belts, while Evie can wear cloaks. Outfits define the appearance of Jacob and Evie, and have a small bonus attached to them. You can change the color of your outfits by using the Colors option in the Inventory Menu. Jacob and Evie share the same upgrades for these consumables.

Jack the Ripper

Jack the Ripper has embarked on a brutal reign of terror and murder that has shocked London to its core and threatened the very existence of the Brotherhood of Assassins. Relive Evie's memories as she is drawn from the shadows into a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the Ripper that will threaten everything the Assassin Brotherhood holds dear. To complete 100% Full Synchronization with Assassin's Creed Syndicate: Jack the Ripper, you have to complete the Story and all Associate Activities and Miscellaneous Activities. You can use the Progress Tracker in the via the Progression Log in the Main Menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization. It is recommended to complete all associate activities as early as possible to upgrade Evie more easily for main and secondary memories.

Associate Activities are important in order to free London from the Ripper's Influence. You can complete these Conquest activities around the London map to capture territory from the Ripper. These Conquest activities also increases your loyalty level to the associate you are doing that activity for, which can lead to special rewards. Do note that you do not have to follow the order in which these activities are listed in this guide as it is just from the in-game Progress Tracker, you are free to do all activities borough by borough.

You can unlock gameplay benefits in Jack the Ripper in the form of perks by completing challenges. Some of these perks can be naturally earned as you complete the game and total 100% sync of it. Completing these challenges reward you with XP and of course the gameplay benefit at the end. You can see here some tips and tricks on how to complete challenges and unlock all perks. You can track the total perks you have acquired in the Progression Log of the Main Menu.

You can unlock a new set of skills to level up to 11 in Jack the Ripper, as Evie utilizes fear tactics to defeat enemies. Every 1000 XP awards you a new Skill Point, which in turn you can earn by completing gold memories and red conquest activities. Use these skill points to purchase new skills from the Skills Menu and reach the next level. You can naturally get all 7 of these fear skills as you complete red conquest activities and gold memories, and it is more recommended to complete the conquest activities as early as possible so you can upgrade Evie faster for gold memories.

Achievements and Trophies

The following achievements and trophies can be achieved during one or multiple playthroughs of the game, or in free roam after Story Completion. These are discussed in a separate section as these are may or may not naturally happen during first playthrough of the game. Trophies and Achievements can also be obtained during free roam after completion of the main game.


Friends at My Back

Recruit a gang of 5 allies.

To get this trophy, first you need to reach Level 5 so you can unlock the Leadership III skill automatically, which allows you to recruit up to 5 Rooks following you at a time. These Allies are displayed in Green in Eagle Vision and on the Mini-Map as . You can press the interact button near a Rook to recruit them to follow you. Do this with any 5 Rooks and you will earn the trophy!

No Ticket

Kick fifty enemies off of trains.

You may get this trophy naturally as you engage in combat with enemies on top of trains. To kick an enemy off a train, bring them to near-death then press the attack button when the enemy is near the side of the train to perform the finisher. The best way to grind this trophy is to replay memories that involve combat with enemies on top of trains, such as the Whitechapel Gang War, Sequence 5, Memory 5, "End of the Line", or Duleep Singh Memory 6, "Off The Rails". Keep sending those fools flying off trains and eventually you will earn the trophy!

Needle in a Haystack

Kill five enemies from within the same haystack.

It's as simple as that. You can find haystacks pretty much anywhere in London, and you can lure 5 enemies to that haystack by either whistling or getting them to notice you and follow you to the haystack. You can kill an enemy from a haystack by pressing the attack button when they are highlighted in white while you are inside the hiding spot. You could try to replay memories where you can find a haystack to kill 5 enemies, such as the Maude Foster Bounty Hunt, if you have trouble finding a haystack in the first place. You should earn the trophy as a result!

Ordinary Criminal

Complete twenty Crowd Events.

To get this trophy, you can participate in and complete at least 20 crowd events all around London. Taking from Assassin's Creed Unity, these short events can happen anywhere, at any time, around the city. You will be asked to chase and tackle thieves, chase and kill criminals, protect and help civilians. Completing these tasks will grant you XP and cash rewards. Complete any 20 of these events and you shall earn the trophy as a result!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU

Flip five vehicles by shooting their horses.

To get this trophy, you can engage in combat with enemies as you a driving a carriage to get them to chase you with speed. To flip a vehicle, make sure you have the revolver equipped and rotate the in-game camera so that the horse of the carriage chasing you is highlighted in yellow. Spam the Quick Shot button so the horse goes down and the carriage should flip as a result if you are successful. Do this with any 5 enemy carriages and you shall earn the trophy as a result. I hope you're really proud of yourself, zoosadist.

Look Out Below

Kill three enemies with a single stack of hanging barrels.

To get this trophy, you can use a throwing knife on a single stack of barrels hanging in the area over a group of enemies to kill them. You may or may not get this trophy naturally during Sequence 4, Memory 4, "Unnatural Selection", where a group of enemies are standing underneath a stack of hanging barrels right at the beginning of the memory. A third enemy will soon join this group, so bide your time and wait until he does so, then use the throwing knife at the hanging barrels to send them to their demise and earn the trophy as a result!

Queensbury Rules

Reach combo level 40.

To get this trophy, you can engage in combat with a group of enemies and press the attack button successively to perform combos. The combo level can increase for every attack you land on enemies, and can break if you get hit once or twice. You can counter incoming melee attacks when you see an enemy's health bar light up in yellow. You can also break defense of an enemy in a blocking or counter stance to make them vulnerable to melee attacks. You can keep landing successive attacks on enemies, counter and break defense when you need to, to eventually earn the trophy once you reach x40!

Opium Scourge

Affect at least four enemies simultaneously with the Hallucinogenic Dart.

To get this trophy, you can use your hallucinogenic darts after Sequence 4, Memory 3, "Cable News", where you will unlock the darts as an extra consumable from Alexander Graham Bell (Bless you, Bell). You can use the darts on fire pits with enemies surrounding it to affect all of them simultaneously. Since it is not likely you can find these enemies in free roam, your best bet is to replay a memory such as Sequence 5 Memory 1, "Friendly Competition", or Sequence 7 Memory 6, "Change of Plans", where you can find 4 enemies surrounding a fire pit at a certain point in the memory. Use your darts and make them go berserk all at once to earn the trophy!

Most Unsporting

Shoot fifty enemies before they shoot at you.

This trophy may come naturally as you perform counter shots on enemies when in combat. To do a counter shot, you can press the quick shot / dodge button to shoot enemies before they shoot using an equipped ranged weapon. The button can also show up during combat above Jacob or Evie's head when an enemy is about to shoot at you... they will either shoot back or dodge. Shoot back at at least 50 enemies and the trophy will eventually be earned!

Without a Grudge

Destroy 5000 destructibles with your carriage

This trophy can be tedious and can come naturally as you destroy objects around the city while driving a carriage. These destructibles are basically objects that you can see on sidewalks such as stands, poles, and merchant stands. You can usually find large merchant stands near the fast travel point in The Strand district. It can be tedious and you could go mad while running over destructibles with a carriage, but as you keep driving like a madman on the streets of London, you will eventually earn the trophy and be relieved as a result!

Can't calm the crowd

Kill an enemy as they are calming their panicked allies.

In Jack the Ripper, to get this trophy, you can target brutes in a group of enemies while they are frightened. Brute enemies are immute to fear and can calm down their frightened enemies nearby. You should target them as priority! The best way to do this is by finding a group of enemies with a brute, frighten them with your fear tools and wait for the brute to calm them down then quickly go for the kill to earn the trophy!

Put the fear into them

Cause a panicked enemy to kill another enemy.

In Jack the Ripper, to get this trophy, you can use your fear tools such as brutal takedown or fear bombs to frighten enemies enough and send them into a panicked state so that they may kill one of their own. You will know an enemy is panicked with a red head icon. You can more or less just spam fear bombs on the same group of enemies and put the fear into them until they pull the trigger on their friends, and give you the trophy as a result!

Are you scared, yet?

Scare 200 enemies.

In Jack the Ripper, you can get this trophy naturally as you complete total 100% sync and use Evie's new fear ability when facing numerous enemies. Evie can frighten her enemies using spikes, fear bombs and brutal takedowns. When frightened, all enemies nearby will run away and never return to combat (what a bunch of geeks). You can keep exploiting the fear of your enemies and eventually you will earn the trophy!
