DNA

To complete 100% Full Synchronization with Assassin's Creed: Revelations, you have to complete all Main Story Sequences and all Secondary Memories. You can use the DNA Tracker in the pause menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization. Please note that all Present Day Segments throughout the story is tracked through the achievements in this guide. It is recommended to complete secondary memories (especially the viewpoints!) as early as you can throughout Ezio's journey in Constantinople.

Constantinople

In addition to 100% Full Synchronization, you can fully rebuild and renovate Constantinople 100% by rebuilding shops, completing renovations and investing in landmarks.

You cannot upgrade a shop, complete a renovation or invest in a landmark that is under Templar Influence. To remove a building from Templar influence, you will have to ignite the Templar Den in the district that is under Templar Influence. After then, you will be able to rebuild shops, renovations, and landmarks. To ignite a Templar Den, you have to first kill the Templar Captain of a district and then climb and ignite the tower. Some captains may be hard to kill, and others will make a run for it as soon as they see you. It is important to ignite all Templar Dens as early as possible so it is easier to 100% rebuild and renovate Constantinople. To rebuild a shop, renovation or landmark, you have to physically go to the property and interact with the For Sale sign. Also note that rebuilding anything increases your notoriety for some odd reason, so be careful...

When you rebuild a shop, complete a renovation, or invest in a landmark, you will cause the value of Constantinople and its income to increase. Constantinople's income will generate for every 20 minutes that you play Assassin's Creed Revelations, and your income will be stored in any Bank around Constantinople (which makes it important to rebuild all Banks, so you can increase your Vault Capacity to a max of 120,000 florins), so make sure to collect it regularly. You can also speak to a Banker to consult Constantinople's record book and track your progress towards 100% completion of Constantinople.

The Lost Archive

The Lost Archive is a DLC you can access from Assassin's Creed Revelation Main Menu. These memories are similar to Desmond's Sequences on Animus Island, but instead it follows Subject 16's memories on the Animus Project. To complete 100% Full Synchronization with The Lost Archives DLC of Assassin's Creed: Revelations, you have to complete all Main Memories. You can use the DNA Tracker in the pause menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization.

Achievements and Trophies

The following achievements and trophies can be achieved during one or multiple playthroughs of the game, or in free roam after Story Completion. These are discussed in a separate section as these are may or may not naturally happen during first playthrough of the game. Trophies and Achievements can also be obtained during free roam or after completion of the main game.

To earn these trophies, you can start Desmond Sequences on Animus Island at any point during the storyline or free roam by accessing "Animus Island" via the DNA Pause Menu. When playing as Desmond on Animus Island, you can find a set of pillars straight across from the Cave Entrance. You can enter these pillars for a certain amount of Animus Data Fragments, which will glow when you can access it. You would need 30 fragments in total to access all Desmond Sequences, and will earn a trophy for each sequence completed. Completing all Desmond Sequences will reward you with a Desmond Outfit for when you are playing as Ezio.

Armchair General

Control all cities (except Rhodes) simultaneously in the Mediterranean Defense game.

To earn this trophy, you can complete the Mediterranean Defense Game by sending your Assassins on contracts all around the world via any pigeon coop around Constantinople or in any Assassin Den. To control a city, your Assassins must successfuly complete a "Reclaim the City" contract in any city throughout the world. Because these contracts are difficult in level, two Master Assassins should be enough to successfully reclaim a city, so by leveling your Assassins to the max level and rank, it should be easy enough to reclaim a city. Reclaim all cities by sending your assassins on these contracts to earn the trophy.

Iron Curtain

Perform a perfect den defense without using the cannon.

To earn this trophy, you can complete Den Defenses when any Assassin Den falls into Templar Influence if you have maximum notoriety, or you could simply just replay Sequence 2, Memory 6, "On The Defense". To perform a perfect Den Defense, you have to make sure that the Den itself does not take any damage. A good way to do this is by focusing your defenses on the beginning of the street where the enemies start coming from. As long as you are able to complete the Den Defense without having to use the cannon, you will earn the trophy.

Spider Assassin

Climb Hagia Sofia, from the ground to the pinnacle, in under 25 seconds.

It is as simple as that. You can climb the Hagia Sophia at its landmark and try to use the hookblade as much as possible and you should be able to reach the pinnacle in 20 seconds or so to earn the trophy.

Tax Evasion

Get your money back from a Templar tax collector.

To earn this trophy, you can find any templar tax collector roaming around the city with a red bag icon (similar to borgia couriers in AC Brotherhood). As they show up, you can chase and tackle one to earn the trophy.

Lightning Strikes

Kill 5 guards in 5 seconds using only your hidden blades.

To earn this trophy, make sure you are in combat with at least 5 guards. With your hidden blades equipped, use a distractive bomb such a smoke bomb to blind them then use your hidden blades to assassinate while their vision is blinded (double assassinations could make it quicker to do in less than 5 seconds!).

Overkiller

Assassinate 50 guards with the hidden blade.

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and assassinate enemies with your hidden blades. Just keep assassinating enemies while playing memories and in free roam until you earn the trophy.

Show-Off

Parachute onto a zipline.

To earn this trophy, you can find any zipline throughout the city. Once you have found one, climb the building with the zipline attached to it to give some distance between Ezio and the zipline, then jump above the zipline and open the parachute. Once the zipline is underneath you, drop the parachute then hold the interact button to attach to the zipline to earn the trophy.

Sage

Collect all available books.

To earn this trophy, you need to first make sure that you have completed the main storyline and all the book quests as well. You can buy all remaining books there is left at any bookshop to collect all available books and earn the trophy.

Fast Fingers

Loot 50 dead guards with thief looting.

To earn this trophy, you need to first complete the Thieves Guild Challenges Set 2 so you can unlock the Thief Faction ability, which is the ability for thieves to steal from dead bodies. After you have unlocked the ability, hire any thief group you can find and kill guards around you so they could loot them. Keep going until you earn the trophy.

Mosh Pit

Have 10 guards poisoned at the same time.

To earn this trophy, make sure you are in combat with at least 10 guards. An easy way to poison a large group of enemies is with a Datura Bomb which releases a poisonous cloud, so you can easily throw a Datura Bomb at 10 guards or more to earn the trophy. Another easy way to do this is by using a cherry bomb to attract small groups altogether, then using the datura bomb on the group of guards as a whole.

Mouse Trap

Kill 5 guards with a scaffold after they have been stunned by caltrops.

To earn this trophy, first make sure you have caltrop bombs in your inventory. Find a scaffold anywhere in the city, and once you have found one, alert a few guards or use a cherry bomb to get them to come near the scaffold (you do not have to do 5 in a row, it just needs to be 5 in total for the trophy). Once they are near, throw a caltrop bomb next to the scaffold and let the guards approach it then pull the scaffold by running towards it and pressing the dodge button to kill them and earn the trophy.

Craft Maniac

Craft 30 bombs.

It is as simple as that. You can craft bombs at any white bomb icon you find in Constantinople or in any Assassin Den. Just keep crafting more and more different types of bombs using the ingredients to eventually craft 30 in total to earn the trophy.

Almost flying

Parachute directly from the top of the Galata Tower to the golden horn.

It is as simple as that. With parachutes in your inventory, climb all the way to the top of the Galata Tower landmark then once you are at the top, face towards the water (the ocean between Galata district and the rest of the map) and jump towards it, then open a parachute and reach the water as you fly towards it (and eventually fall in the water automatically once you touch the water) to earn the trophy.

Silent but deadly

Kill three guards simultaneously with only throwing knives.

It is as simple as that. With throwing knives equipped in your inventory, make sure you are in combat with at least three weak guards then with the throwing knives equipped, hold the attack button and release (or the triangle button with controllers) to kill 3 at the same time for the trophy.

I can see you

Kill 5 guards while under the cover of a smoke screen bomb.

It is as simple as that. Make sure you are in combat with at least 5 guards, then equip and throw a smoke screen bomb to blind their vision (you can craft with a long radius powder to have a bigger window of opportunity), and quickly do a kill streak on the guards in the smoke to earn the trophy.

Monster's Dance

Have a guard incapacitate 3 civilians while he's poisoned.

It is as simple as that. Find a guard to poison in the middle of an area with a lot of NPC's (you can have a bigger window of opportunity in an area crowded with NPC's) then poison him either with your blade or a dart then watch him commit genocide for the trophy!

Bully

Find and beat up Duccio.

To earn this trophy, you can find Duccio in the Constantine North District drunk and roaming around in a small courtyard (he will show up as a target on the mini-map once you are close enough). Once you see him, equip your fists and give him a good beatdown to avenge your sister again and earn the trophy!

Breaking the Loop

Break the loop, escape the cycle (The Lost Archive).

To earn this trophy, make sure you have all 20 decipher fragments acquired throughout all memories of The Lost Archive. With all fragments acquired, reach the end of the game to find a message appearing as "Locate the Backdoor". After reading the message, replay Memory 5, "Bleeding Effect" until you reach the end of the memory, where you will find a new bridge that you can cross to reach the door you couldn't access before the first time around. Access this door to disrupt the loop and end The Lost Archive to earn this secret ending and trophy!

Save yourself

Land on a block after falling more than 25 meters (The Lost Archive).

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and jump down through long tunnels where you have to descend or ascend. As you descend through any tunnel you come across in any memory, you can jump all the way down then place a block beneath to save yourself and earn the trophy!

Impress Warren Vidic

Complete the Animus testing sequence without failing (The Lost Archive).

To earn this trophy, you have to complete the animus testing sequence during Memory 4, "The Mole", without failing or dying. The Animus testing sequence starts after you reach the button that raises the big black cube up and the screen turns white. From this starting point, make it all the way across the long tunnel while avoiding the lasers and stay alive to earn the trophy! If you die or fail, you will have to restart the memory. You can see the Video Walkthrough under the memory to see the exact path to take on how it is done.

Cross Styx without dying

Make it across the river Styx without failing (The Lost Archive).

To earn this trophy, you have to cross the River Styx during Memory 7, "The End of the Line", without failing or dying. The sequence starts after you reach the death statue. From this starting point, make it all the way across the river while trying to be very careful and avoiding the lasers and stay alive to earn the trophy! If you die or fail, you will have to restart the memory. You can see the Video Walkthrough under the memory to see the exact path to take on how it is done.
