Playing the game in this order is merely just suggested; I do not force you to play in this order, but it is highly recommended.

This guide is compiled into chapters in accordance with pivotal moments in the storyline of Assassin's Creed庐 Brotherhood.

DNA

To complete 100% Full Synchronization with Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, you have to complete all Main Story Sequences and all Secondary Memories. You can use the DNA Tracker in the pause menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization. Please note that all Present Day segments throughout the story is tracked through the achievements in this guide. It is recommended to complete secondary memories (especially the viewpoints!) as early as you can throughout Ezio's journey in Rome.

In addition to 100% Full Synchronization, much like AC2 where you could rebuild and renovate Monteriggioni, you can also fully rebuild and renovate Rome 100% by rebuilding shops, completing renovations and investing in landmarks. The game actually stresses rebuilding Rome as an important theme to further liberate the city from the influence of the Borgia.

You cannot upgrade a shop, complete a renovation or invest in a landmark that is under Borgia Influence. To remove a building from Borgia influence, you will have to burn the Borgia Tower in the district that is under Borgia Influence. After then, you will be able to rebuild shops, renovations, and landmarks. It is important to burn all Borgia Towers as early as possible so it is easier to 100% rebuild and renovate Rome. To rebuild a shop, renovation or landmark, you have to physically go to the property and interact with the For Sale sign.

When you rebuild a shop, complete a renovation, or invest in a landmark, you will cause the value of Rome and its income to increase. Rome's income will generate for every 20 minutes that you play Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, and your income will be stored in any Bank around Rome (which makes it important to rebuild all Banks, so you can increase your Vault Capacity to a max of 80,000 florins), so make sure to collect it regularly. You can also speak to a Banker to consult Rome's record book and track your progress towards 100% completion of Rome. After 100% rebuilding and renovating Rome, you will be rewarded with the Auditore Cape which can keep your notoriety at 0 and will not increase.

Achievements and Trophies

The following achievements and trophies can be achieved during one or multiple playthroughs of the game, or in free roam after Story Completion. These are discussed in a separate section as these are may or may not naturally happen during first playthrough of the game. Trophies and Achievements can also be obtained during free roam or after completion of the main game. Do note that trophies and achievements do not exist for the PC version of the game.

Solve all of Subject 16鈥檚 puzzles.

Similar to the Vitruvian Man Trophy in AC2, you can also find a total of ten glyphs scattered all around all districts of Rome that Ezio can interact with by using Eagle Vision. You have to solve a puzzle for each glyph as well, and each glyph will unlock a cluster of Subject 16's video, which you can access through the Animus Desktop menu. Collect them all to reveal Subject 16's video in its entirety. You can see here a guide on where to find all glyphs.

Perfectionist

Earn 3 gold medals in the Animus Virtual Training Program.

To earn this trophy, you can access the Animus Training Programs through the Animus Pause Menu and select Animus Training. You can earn a gold medal in any 3 of the programs listed. The easiest programs to complete are the combat and free running challenges. There are 23 in total but need only 3 to earn a gold medal for the trophy. If interested, you can see here a guide on how to get a gold medal in all programs. Do note that you cannot access Animus Training after the end of the main storyline for obvious reasons.

Dust to Dust

Find 1 Artifact in 2012.

To earn this trophy, you can exit Ezio's memories at any time and return to Present Day by selecting Exit Animus on the Animus Pause Menu. You will exit the Animus and be able to free roam Monteriggioni as Desmond. You can find artifacts around the Villa as you explore Monteriggioni, and finding at least one will give you the trophy. You can see here a guide on how to find all 2012 artifacts. Do note that you cannot get this trophy after the end of the main storyline for obvious reasons.

Serial Killer

Perform an Execution Streak of 10 kills.

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and perform execution streaks on enemies. To perform execution streaks, while you are in combat with more than one enemy, after you counter kill an enemy, make sure to have another nearby enemy highlighted and press the attack button to kill and perform a streak. You can perform longer streaks with more enemies, sometimes even take down two enemies in one go. Performing a streak on only 10 enemies is needed for the trophy.

Spring Cleaning

Kill a guard with a broom.

It's as simple as that. You can find NPC's with brooms typically near haybales, and shove them so they will drop the broom so you can pick it up. Then you can find a random guard and kill him to earn the trophy.

Your Wish is Granted

Throw money in a well.

It's as simple as that. You can find a well almost anywhere in Rome, most typically near Ezio's hideout. As you approach a well, equip your money bag in the weapon wheel and throw some money to earn the trophy.

Fly Like an Eagle

Jump with the parachute off the top of Castel Sant'Angelo.

To earn this trophy, make sure to complete the War Machine Secondary Memories first so you can unlock Parachutes from Leonardo, and then later on you can purchase from Tailor shops. Then travel to the Castel Sant'Angelo and climb all the way to the top of the flagpole (you've climbed it before during Sequence 4 Memory 1, "Castello Crasher"). Jump off the flagpole and immediately open a parachute to earn the trophy.

The Gloves Come Off

Win the highest bet at the Fights.

To earn this trophy, you can talk with Bartolomeo at the Barracks to start Fight Club. For each Fight, make sure to bet the max bet of 500 florins, then fight the mercenaries within the time limit to win each fight. There are 5 fights in total, and you will earn the trophy after the last fight if you continue to bet the max 500 florins for each.

Mailer Daemon

Access your email in 2012.

To earn this trophy, you can exit Ezio's memories at any time and return to Present Day by selecting Exit Animus on the Animus Pause Menu. You will exit the Animus and be able to free roam Monteriggioni as Desmond. Upon exiting the Animus, you will see a computer behind you which you can interact with and access your email to earn the trophy. Do note that you cannot get this trophy after the end of the main storyline for obvious reasons.

Strong-Arm

Throw a Long Weapon, Heavy Weapon, and Smoke bomb more than 10 m at a guard.

To earn this trophy, you will need some smoke bombs and a heavy weapon in your weapon wheel, and a long weapon such as a spear you can steal from a guard. With all 3 items, find and lock on to a single guard, and with some distance, equip your smoke bombs and throw it at the guard then hold the attack button then release to throw the heavy weapon and the long weapon at the same guard to earn the trophy.

High Roller

Win 10000 florins playing Hazard.

To earn this trophy, you can visit the Thieves Guild to play the High Roller Game that is marked with a Dice icon. This is a luck based game where you roll dice and bet on the outcome (it's best to play this game with a lot of money). You can bet the maximum of 7500 florins to get the trophy quicker with just 2 wins, or if you feel confident you can bet again mid-turn and put it up to 10000 to have a chance of winning just one game to get the trophy.

Airstrike

Kill 10 guards with a single arrow storm.

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and perform arrow storms on a large group of enemies. To perform an arrow storm, you need to make sure to have at least 6 recruited assassins in your brotherhood so you can have the ability to do so. Find a large group of enemies, or if you cannot, get a group to chase you and find more groups of guards to join mid chase, then perform a single arrow storm to earn the trophy.

Clowing Around

Beat up the 5 thirsty harlequins.

To earn this trophy, you have to find the 5 harlequins in Rome to knock out using your fists. It is easier to perform a counter kill with your fists on them as they are very agile and move around a lot. You can see here a guide on how to find all harlequins.

Special Delivery

Double Assassinate from a parachute.

To earn this trophy, make sure you own Parachutes first and then find a group of guards and climb onto a rooftop near the guards. Jump off the rooftop, deploy a parachute and glide near the guards and once you get close enough, press the attack button to air assassinate two guards for the trophy.

Grand Theft Dressage

Steal 5 horses from their riders, while remaining on horseback.

To earn this trophy, you can mount any horse and ride alongside guards or NPCS riding on other horses and then lock on to them and press the attack button to hijack the horse from your horse. You can do this five times in a row or more to earn the trophy.

Going Up

Kill a guard with the bag that drops from a lift.

To earn this trophy, you can find a lift anywhere inside the city of Rome (not the countryside). Once you have found a lift, get a group of guards to chase you and lead them to the lift and once they get close enough, use the lift to drop a bag on their head for the trophy.

Easy Come, Easy Go

Pay 500 florins to an orator, then pickpocket him afterward.

It's as simple as that. Make sure you have some notoriety, find a herald, bribe him, then pickpocket after to get your money back for the trophy.
