You can use the DNA Tracker in the pause menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization. Please note that all Present Day segments throughout the story is tracked through the achievements in this guide. It is recommended to complete secondary missions after completion of the main storyline as some features for 100% sync are locked until you complete a specific sequence.

The Tyranny of King Washington

The Tyranny of King Washington is a DLC you can access from the Assassins Creed III Main Menu. These memories are created as part of an alternate timeline where George Washington is controlled by the Apple of Eden, while it follows Connor's attempts to free and rescue Washington from the influence. To complete 100% Full Synchronization with the Tyranny of King Washington DLC of Assassin's Creed III, you have to complete all Main Missions and Side Missions. You can use the DNA Tracker in the pause menu to track how much progress you have completed towards 100% Synchronization. It is recommended to complete secondary missions after completion of an episode as some features for 100% sync are locked until you complete a specific sequence.

The following achievements and trophies can be achieved during one or multiple playthroughs of the game, or in free roam after Story Completion. These are discussed in a separate section as these are may or may not naturally happen during first playthrough of the game. Trophies and Achievements can also be obtained during free roam or after completion of the main game.


An Extraordinary Man

Complete the Encyclopedia of the Common Man.

You can analyze the inhabitants of the Homestead to complete the Encyclopedia of the Common Man. Starting from Sequence 6, after visiting Achilles to start building the homestead, you can start Homestead Missions. After completing all missions and seeing all optional characters settled in at their max levels, you can scan them using Eagle Vision during freeroam doing a specific activity to analyze and contribute to completing the encyclopedia. You can see here a guide on how to fully complete the encyclopedia and earn the trophy.

Original Gamer

Win a game of Fanorona, Morris and Bowls on the Homestead.

To get this trophy, after completing all Homestead Missions, you have to play and win a single game out of all 3 minigames at the Homestead. Fanorona is a strategy board game for two players and can be played inside the Manor against Achilles or Father Timothy. Nine Men's Morris is an ancient game that dates back as far as the Roman Empire and can be played inside the Tavern against Oliver. You are introduced to the 2 Player Bowls Minigame after the Homestead Mission "Lumberers [LEVEL 4] - BOWLS BEGINNER". You can see here a guide on how to win all 3 minigames and earn the trophy.

Monopoly Man

Send a convoy to Boston, New York and the Frontier.

To get this trophy, first you have to find and enter at least one General Store in the Frontier, one in Boston and one in New York. Once the stores have been found, interact with the accounting book at the Homestead Manor or at any of the General Stores. You can get the trophy by sending 1 Land Convoy with 3 items via Trading, one for New York, one for Boston and one for the Frontier. You can also send three convoys, one to each region, full of products for the trophy.

Spit Roast

Perform a double assassination using a musket.

To get this trophy, first you have to find a musket which you can find from any rack or from guards. Once armed, find a group of 2 enemies and stand behind one enemy, then go in High Profile then press the button to assassinate to get the trophy.

Circus Act

Kill 15 guards with a single cannon shot.

You can get this trophy during Sequence 10 Memory 3, "Battle of Monmouth", as this mission is the only time you can use the cannon (You can replay the mission to get the trophy). One way you can get the trophy is if you aim and shoot at the platoons in the background behind the large rock. Another way is to let a platoon reach its position, wait for the one behind it to catch up then aim slightly behind the first then fire. You can keep failing or replaying the memory until you get the trophy.

Predator

Hang 5 enemies by using rope darts.

This trophy is very simple to get. With rope darts equipped, you can hang enemies from trees or ziplines by highlighting them as you lie above in wait and then pressing the button to throw the rope dart and hang them. Do this on any 5 enemies to get the trophy.

Prince of Thieves

Loot a convoy without killing any of its guards.

To get this trophy, you can reach a convoy and beat up all enemies using your fists then interact with the carriage to loot the convoy. Convoys spawn frequently in the Frontier if you have not liberated any forts, but it's more rare with liberated forts. If you've already done so, you can send a land convoy to the Frontier, Boston and New York using the accounting ledger at the Homestead to temporarily re enable the convoys in the Frontier. With convoys available, reach Lexington in the Frontier and travel the route behind the tavern to force a convoy to spawn.

Whit's fur ye'll no go by ye!

Block a firing line 5 times by using a human shield.

To get this trophy, you can use an enemy as a human shield during combat when a firing line is about to shoot at you with yellow warning icons. An easy way to farm this trophy is to replay Sequence 2, Memory 5, "Infiltrating Southgate" and reach the checkpoint where the feature of using an enemy as a human shield is introduced. After playing or replaying the mission and reaching the checkpoint, use the enemy as a human shield once then open the menu and reload the last checkpoint (which will bring you back to the checkpoint of doing it again). You can keep repeating these steps to get the trophy very easily.

Jager Bomb

After becoming fully Notorious, kill 10 Jagers before losing your notoriety.

To get this trophy, first you have to raise your notoriety to notorius by reaching forts or limited areas and start killing enemies in sequence so you can get jagers to spawn. Jagers are the most powerful enemies in the game and can be attacked only after being blocked and disarmed (that is countering / parrying, then breaking defense). They can also be killed using two shots from rifles and pistols or by a single use of the counter pistol attack. If you do anything to reset your notoriety level, it will also reset the amount of Jager killed, so be careful!

Coureur des Bois

Exchange undamaged pelts at all different general stores.

To get this trophy, first you have to discover all nine general stores across Boston, New York, and the Frontier. Hare is the easiest pelt to acquire because they can be found anywhere and their pelts are the easiest to get undamaged, so use a bow, your hidden blades or poison darts on them. Once you have at least 9 undamaged pelt, teleport to each general store and sell one hare pelt each to earn the trophy.

Eye Witness

Witness a predator killing an enemy.

To get this trophy, you can reach the north western part of the frontier near the lake just south of it as the area is filled with enemies and bobcats. You can either move around the area until a bobcat attacks a soldier or you can throw some bait near a soldier to lure a bobcat in the vicinity and earn the trophy.

A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

Kill 25 enemies while staying cloaked. (TOKW: Infamy)

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and kill enemies while using the cloak ability. Your goal is to just keep killing enemies using this ability and the trophy will eventually pop up.

Frequent Flyer

Use Eagle Flight to travel 1 km. (TOKW: Betrayal)

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and travel distances using the Eagle Flight ability. Your goal is to just keep using eagle flight and keep flying around Boston and the trophy will eventually pop up.

Aftershock

Kill 125 enemies using Bear Might. (TOKW: Redemption)

This trophy can be naturally earned as you play the game and kill enemies using the Bear Might ability. Your goal is to just keep using bear might and kill enemies all around New York and the trophy will eventually pop up.
